Valerie Carpio Viane does such a good job! I haven’t found any other nail tech in the area that is so sweet and talented! She kills it every time and is her space is super comfortable and accommodating.

Barbara Gurgel Viane does great nail art and always has the cutest gems. Great atmosphere too. Love this place!

Lily Merie Viane is definitely the best nail tech. Shes such a vibe and very talented. She is so sweet and always gets your nails looking good, she always does a beautiful job. She is the best you can go to and guaranteed that your nails will look flawless every time.

Kristen Kim Angela does the absolute best lash extensions. Prices are fair, working environment is clean and tidy. She is meticulous and thorough with giving you the lashes you want. A few of my colleagues have started going to Angela after seeing my lashes and they too cannot stop raving about her.

Miss Tammy I made an appointment for an acrylic fill in with gel polish and two brown french designs for $53. Angela was nice and didn’t get annoyed when I kept asking to fix the shape. Still not too crazy about the shape for a few nails but I do love the color and my nails are pretty!

Gabrielle Austin I love getting my nails done here! Angela is so kind and careful. She makes sure I leave happy every time and takes her time to be sure everything turns out perfect!

Ann Affholder Ive been get my nails done since 2018 and have never had 1 lift and only 1 break but only when it was shut in a metal commercial door. Quick service offers complimentary beverages plays good music so relaxing. Always accommodating and fair pricing. Easy location for parking and on bus line. Always pleased.

Hillary Morgan Beyond upset and a complete waste of my time and money. I would give zero stars if I could. I’m a mom of an 18mo and I wanted to finally do something for myself. I got my nails done a WEEK ago and I’ve already lost four nails and the rest are already coming off the bed of my nail. Linda did my nails and did not give me what I wanted. I even had a picture the entire time. I thought it was simple. But I guess not. I wanted a pink French manicure with red hearts. I got a pink base and red heart stickers with sparkles?? I told her it was not what I wanted and she just giggled and continued to do my nails. Didn’t even ask me what shape I wanted, which was coffin. I just wanted to do soemthing for me and feel good about it. Won’t be going back and will be sharing my experience with anyone who asks. Very very upset.

Mikayla Carroll I wanted to come on here and leave a positive review but I’m really disappointed with the quality of service I received at this salon. First, I will say that there was hardly any communication or talking during the 2 hour service which was kind of frustrating to start. The girl working on my service barely talked at all even when trying to spark a conversation and all other employees were talking with their clients. But more importantly I was there on Friday, 02/07, and spent $140, including tip, expecting a long-lasting manicure. It has only been four days, and my gel polish is already peeling off in whole pieces. I don’t do anything that would cause this— I work from home and spend most of my time typing on a keyboard, so there’s no reason for the gel to be lifting from the cuticle and peeling off completely after just a few days. This is not normal for a gel manicure, and it’s frustrating to have wasted that much money on something that didn’t even last a week. I had hopes for this salon as it was my first time and it was booked by my BF as a surprise spa day for me, but based on my experience, I can’t say I’d return or recommend it. If I’m paying premium prices, I would expect premium results or at least a manicure to last a week at the minimum.

Cindy Slevin I had a great experience and now have beautiful nails (that color change!) I had a trainee who did a great job. I loved how Nikki encouraged her to learn and do the cat eyes - and they turned out wonderful. I don’t live in the state but I would return there in a heartbeat. Thank you!!

Deanna Rickard First time at Nikkis; went because of recommendations from friends. They took me in as a walk-in (which I truly appreciate!) only because there was an opening after someone else cancelled. My experience for a gel manicure (gel removal and new gel application) lasted 90 minutes, which I thought was pretty long... and the cost was a little higher than Ive paid at other salons. My disappointment came when my polish chipped after only 5 days (I take good care of my nails). Ive never had a salon gel application not last at least 3 weeks, so for the price I paid, Im pretty disappointed.

Grace Miner The service was exceptional. I enjoyed the calm atmosphere and my nails look great. I would highly recommend this salon. They do book up fast, so I recommend making an appointment ahead of time.

Lacee Price I normally don’t leave reviews but this time I felt I should. I got gel polish done on the 29th of October within 7 days they were all peeled off I called they said to come in and they would redo them. I went in last Thursday and here it is Monday and they are all peeled off again! $45 wasted! I won’t be going back!

Theresa Netti I didn’t catch the name of my nail tech but I truly appreciate how well she took care of me. She was young, station #1, so sweet and kind to me. She really took her time, listened to me, explained the process. As for the salon as a whole, very clean, you get your own file, got me in quick even when packed, very kind. I loved them, definitely will go back!! Edit: went back a month later

Morgan Savoldy I really enjoyed getting my nails done at Tommy’s nails yesterday! The lady I was with (station #9) was careful and took her time to make sure my nails came out how they looked in the picture I showed her. The prices are also very reasonable every time I go in there which I appreciate because everywhere is so expensive now.

Naidira Miller Yesterday my daughter and I got mani & pedi here for the first time! A complete waste a money !!! She is 7 therefore she got regular polish being that she is too young for gel. Within one day the polish is coming off completely. Not chipping but peeling off! I find it crazy because she gets regular polish all the time and this never happens. So I called the owner and Explained what happened. His response was that that is normal. I emphasize that it was not even a full 24 hours since we gotten she has gotten her nails done!! He didn’t even offer to fix the issue. Despite spending $100 on regular polish Mani pedi Don’t waste your money!

Cameron Robinson I will not be back they cut my fingers and did an awful job. the acrylic was caked under my nails and they were so thin and cracked. I went somewhere else to get them fixed. They refused to refund me for the awful service I received.

I went because I had an engagement last minute ... all I needed was a gel polish change....The ironic part is I havent been here in a long time, and upon arrival I realized why I stopped coming... When u walk in the owner wants to all of a sudden start a "funny" conversation with the tech, then when I asked whats so funny ... Then the conversation switches, then the tech who keeps pushing the pedicure that I didnt need...performance was below average at best; the Heavy handed, ignorant, ruff, and smart ass tech doesnt understand any English but likes to talk ish in another language. I will never be back again and I wouldnt recommend them to anybody else either, rude , inefficient, unorganized and have the nerve to laugh and not do what is asked and keep asking over and over do you want this or that when I walked in said what I wanted. this place is laffable, and EMPTY. The owner does okay work, however Instead of being customer oriented, the techs get mad when u ask for what you want specifically , as if they were doing it for free. Lexy Mia 2 stars because my first visit was really good. This last set and visit was AWFUL!!! She took forever, added extra things in that I didn’t ask for, acrylic is uneven and very bumpy, I had to correct her several times when doing the design wrong. I’ve only had the set for a week and half and the nail on my pointer just snapped right off. They’re starting to lift already as well. And to top everything off she wrote $55 on my receipt and my card got charged $66. Never going back here!

shanisha glover WASTE OF MONEY! I went there with my 7 year old daughter for the first time. She got a manicure with gel polish and her polish came off in 2 days. I got an ACRYLIC FULL set with GEL polish and 4 nails is already off and it’s only been 5 days. I already was turnt off when I ask for a cursive E on one nails and they gave me a regular E but yea THIS IS NOT OK they refuse to give any refund or to fix it !

Kymesha Wood I had a horrible experience here! First she cut my cut my cuticles to the point that they bled, and then just giggled when the stuff she put on them burned, I asked for a French set on my toes they only had one color option for the base which was beige, I asked for translucent pink and she said they didn’t have it, then proceeded to tell me to leave unfinished and go to another salon to get the color painted, or to bring the polish with me, while continuing to charge me full price for the service, half of which I did not receive. Then when I check my bank statement I see that she added a tip, one that I did not authorize since I left with no polish and bloody cuticles. Will be sticking to lees nail salon from now on since I have never had a bad experience there !

Robin Baker I’ve been going to Diamond Nails for a number of years now and it’s the ONLY place I’m 100 percent happy with doing my nails. They are very clean and do an excellent job on both my nails and toes. Tina is especially great at recommending just the right color for me. On the rare occasion a nail prematurely breaks, they will repair it often at no additional cost. I highly recommend Diamond Nails!

Ashley Williams I took my sister here for her birthday. She got acrylics with gel. We booked the last appointment on the booksy app same day and they were able to squeeze us in earlier after we called them. The nails turned out gorgeous and my sister loves them. The staff was very friendly and let me sit with her while she got them done and it wasnt too crowded for a Saturday afternoon. I would suggest bringing cash, they charged my card an extra 10 bucks for the card fee. I also suggest bringing your own salon kit, they charge extra for that as well.

Jessica Yannes Not happy at all. Don’t know if the nail technician didn’t understand English or what the problem was but do those nails looked rounded off in the corners nope not at all. They never wiped the nail off so the nail was not sticky and they never put lotion on my hands after finishing my nails. Not happy for 70 dollars and they didn’t do half of what they are supposed to do in a manicure acrylic set
