Amaris rodriguez Brokers are the biggest problem here. They never get back to you. I had to physically go into the office to submit an application and never heard anything back after. Tried to follow up numerous times and nothing. I see the listings I was interested in being updated every couple of days. It all feels very discriminatory. Wouldn’t even recommend them to a homeless person.

Melinda Hernandez Beth Russell from Howard Hanna had her 1st "Estate Sale" at one her clients at 625 West Gray St, Elmira at end of April in which I bought a king bed and she told 45-60 days for pickup.I then inquired June 15 where I was told I cannot pick up until mid to end July which she admitted past the time frame.I asked for money back and was told she would reach out to client. After I spoke toher client she stated she did not receive the money. Then was told I can pickup either wed. June 21 at 1pm OR thurs. June 22 at 1pm. I texted her to say I will pickup 6/21 at 1pm only to be told NO...I now have to wait until July18th. Beth cashed the check in which I have a copy of and now I have NO money and NO bed. So I filed small claims this morning. Soooo Sad! Not professional at all!Beths boss MIKE HAMILTON asked me to take down posts and he PROMISED I WOULD GET MY MONEY BACK IN TEXT MESSAGES..which i have and will take to court. Well that was a ploy to get me to take post down. After several messages frim Beth 6/22 Blaming the poor client for all this, I told her to stop contacting me I will see her in court. This poor client called me after Beth gave her my number to TrY to get herself out of the mess BeTH created. After a LONG tall with owner, she states thay she received a very small amount of money for an ESTATE SALE filled eith a house full of beautiful antique furniture. Thank you for all my evidence to take to court Beth.

James Schiavone Very dissatisfied with this agency and finally made the switch after several years. - The receptionist was always rude, often not allowing us to speak with an agent and saying she’ll give them a message. Then we wouldn’t hear back after weeks... on the off chance that we were able to speak with an agent, they would say they never got a message. - Very poor communication. - they did absolutely nothing when my parked car was hit by another vehicle. I had to call incessantly to get ANY information on how to process my claim or get the status. I sent the same police report to them several times with confirmation and a month later they would ask for it again. Ultimately had to bypass them entirely in order to get the claim handled. - they didn’t take pictures or offer any guidance on how to proceed with filing a claim. - unhelpful with selecting coverage options. We had to do this ourselves as well. Based on our experience with Clune, keep looking for an agent.
