Sharon Dyer I met Taila over 8 years ago and knew I found a gem! Always willing to try my ever changing ideas of cuts and almost every color of the rainbow…. I always felt amazing knowing I could take hair adventures and they always were so beautiful. With her new location I love the serenity. It is about self care when I visit her.. she is a professional, kind, amazingly talented stylist!

Fabrizzia Taila is one of the most dedicated professionals I ever met! Her place is very charming and cozy, and located in an excellent location. I’m always looking forward for my next visit with her :)

Donna Gagliardo Taila does fantastic work! I decided to go to Taila after my daughter came home with a haircut that really complimented her curly hair. I am pleased with how my hair turned out too! Taila first consults with you about how you’d like to style it and then soon enough, you leave with fabulous hair. I recommend going to her salon.

Kesha H Don’t shop here! The guy working there is a racist and followed us around the store like we were trying to steal something. He then got rude with a child that was with me for touching an item. I snatched the item back out of his hands and told him don’t talk to her like that and to stop following people around the store. Don’t support this establishment. Racism at its best!

Kay Extremely disrespectful. I was about to go on a a shopping spree there of over 200$. And i told my 14 y/o to grab whatever she wanted and she proceeded to buy it on the counter and she was trying on rings with her father then the cashier signaled me over and said that my 14y/o was stealing. I have pure confidence she wouldn’t do that. She’s not that type of kid. So i grabbed her purse and emptied it on the counter only thing that were in there was her cell phone and her money and cash app card. They were eyeing us the ONLY black family in the store as soon as we stepped foot in there. But the white family had no issue. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. I cannot believe my 14y/o had to go through the racial profiling today. Heartbreaking.

Michelle Rodriguez I was super excited to go to this place since it opened close to where i live. Im a person who likes to support small businesses, who are trying to build their clientele. When i finally got the chance to go, get a pedicure done, the lady who was there was rude. She told me she had no time to do a pedicure, if i wanted to get it done to go back the next day. She had no other clients to attend, it was just me. I will no longer go back to this place or even give it another try. First impressions and customer service are a big factor to me, and this place doesn’t have those factors.

Joselyn Soledad They do not attend customers nor greet them. I had to wait up to 15 min for them to even say anything to me & my family. The service of the nails weren’t even good for the price and time I spent there. Overall there are better places to spend your money in a welcoming nail salon.

Lyn Granda So everything went good at first but then she used this machine on my cuticles which hurt really bad, and it made me bleed a bit. She was rushing the process on doing my acrylic nails. Well, she technically didn’t even put acrylic on it. She wanted me to just get the plastic nails glued on and just paint over it and her suggesting it so much. I finally agreed with her and my nails didn’t even last a week it lasted 3 to 4 days she was also stopping on doing my nails to show her coworkers pictures on her phone and she kept on stopping to talk to other people during my process and I wanted to add a couple designs on my nails, but it seemed like she didn’t want to do it because she kept on saying that it’s too much on my nails.

Antoinette Merenda Carbone I got cut a little shorter than I wanted and even though I showed her pictures and had to stop her a few times I came away thankful hair grows. I called a week in advance and requested a stylist who was recommended. Alas I was booked on her day off. Language is a big problem. Non English speaking workers. Mary who I was supposed to see does speak English.

Karen Loja really need to choose with who. Marian does not know what she doing. Horrible customer service. Never again

August Fennell Kayla did an amazing job with my hair I walked in with dull black hair left with a beautiful brown balayage. Pricing here is affordable she is good at what she dose and is very knowledgeable. Her studio is spotless and professional i would definitely come back 10/10 experience.

Emma G Kayla has been cutting my hair for nearly 2 years now and I have not met a hair stylist I trust as much as her. She is talented, professional and gets straight to the point to give you what you want. She’s just the best.
