Kiu Siu Dr. Lauren St Laurent and her staff are friendly, efficient and provide excellent services. In all my visits to date, I have not had to wait long to be attended. Dr. St Laurent and her assistants have been very punctual. I also like the proactiveness of the staff in checking for insurance coverage, scheduling appointments and sending reminders.

Michael Roberts Both the dentist, and dental assistant were excellent. Treatment was well explained to me, and they were efficient and effective. To their credit they were well able to manage my dental phobia, and I left feeling greatly relieved. I have been getting excellent treatment at this facility (New York Dental Office) for several years now, and am very satisfied!

Dina Nawas This was my first visit to the dentist, and I had a great experience. The office was spotless, and I was attended to promptly. Stephanie, the dental hygienist, was excellent; she explained each step clearly and provided valuable recommendations. Dr. Kaufman was very thorough, taking her time to examine my X-rays and conduct a detailed inspection. I highly recommend this place!

Alona Lerner I followed Dr. Kaufman from the other office, she is great, her assistant was great too. Everyone was nice in the office. The only issue I had with the office was the 3% fee for using a credit card, which I was not informed about during the initial call. Had I known, I would have brought a debit card instead. In my opinion, businesses—especially dental offices—should absorb such fees rather than passing them on to patients.

Allyson Wallace Overpriced with below average care. We took both our children here and they never fully examined their teeth until a visit where they handed me at treatment plan for almost 9k. They then admitted they were never able to do thorough exams but had no problem charging me $700 per child for each 15 minute cleaning visit. Definitely would not recommend.

H Mir Went here for a dental cleaning at the temporary location as a first time patient. My hygienist Jamie was very thoughtful, thorough, and professional. I had sensitivity and she kept that in mind and was gentle. Dr. Jang did a good job of explaining my dental issues and needs to me and walking me through her recommendations and appropriate next steps. I am excited about continuing my dental treatments with Concierge, especially once they go back downtown. Office overall is clean, efficient, and communicative.

Mel As promised, I am writing my review. I live on Long Island, but work in NYC, and I chipped my tooth the other day, and I wanted to consult another dentist here regarding the chip so I came to this location since I was here for work. Scheduling was ok, the front desk staff were also ok in the beginning. The doctor saw me on time, but was trying to sell me on some stuff other than what I came in for. He was saying I could use braces or Invisalign and was examining my mouth when I originally came in for a chip on my bottom tooth, which struck me as strange. Then he said it looks like I have a new cavity forming. I asked if he could do x-rays, and that I should be covered under the SMILIST ONE DENTAL PLAN. (It is my understanding that all my dental consultations are free under this plan, to address any concerns I may be having). I asked him to ask about whether or not I am covered for x-rays so he could just do them while I’m there. So I waited a bit until one of the workers came up to me and said that I owe $99 for the visit today, which I would be charged regardless of whether I got the x-rays done. This was strange to me because I know that the consultations are supposed to be covered in full so the worker got her manager named Nicole (I guess?) to come in there and scold me telling me that I owe the $99 regardless of whether I get the x-rays done and wouldn’t let me leave unless I paid. So I had to pay to get out of there, otherwise I was being held hostage even though I knew that the visit should’ve been free. I tried explaining multiple times that under my plan, I am covered in full for specialist consultations and she was speaking misinformation to me the whole time saying that I have to be charged for the visit because what I got done was an adjustment and wasn’t covered under my plan and that I only have 2 visits covered in full and this was my “third” visit. I got sick and tired of the way I was being spoken to and the worker’s patronizing tone that I just said ok, paid and left. (Nicole I suggest you get put on a performance improvement plan for your unprofessional tone and aggression). Right after, I called my other dentist’s office to explain what had happened and they said that I shouldn’t have been charged at all, so that office called up the NYC location and eventually, the NYC office refunded me the payment. I don’t recommend these misinformed people at all. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. The doctor was weird too. Just rubbed me the wrong way. Dr. Shirzadnia. Thanks.

Stephen Panopoulos Helpful, professional, and skilled. The patient and the patients’ treatment come first. They took care of me during an emergency about seven years ago. My experience has been that I am in good, capable hands when I receive treatment from any of their staff.

Idalis Arianna is amazing! She is very kind and made me feel very comfortable during my cleaning. I appreciate her for educating me on the health of my teeth and providing an excellent thorough job. She is very compassionate and empathetic. Dr. Yan is also great, and filling cavities were virtually painless. Everyone at the office including the front desk are very kind. The office and rooms are extremely beautiful and clean. I recommend everyone I know to come to Fidi Dental. I always look forward to coming here!

Tiana Marie First visit today, had a cleaning from Natasha and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr Feldman also gave me an exam. The facility is extremely clean and inviting. Front desk is also amazing! 10/10 would recommend!

Hudson Yeo Had an amazing cleaning service here, as well as a very comprehensive dental checkup. I cannot spell the hygienists name but she did an amazing job at educating me on how to clean my teeth. Dr Yan also came in for a consult and explained a lot about my teeth. They did not push me to do anything, and were very helpful in explaining potential issues.

Connor McDonald Dr Harvey is a true professional. Aside from being a first class dental professional who does great work, she is genuinely a kind and caring person. Last year while I was seeking treatment with Dr. Harvey for dental matters, I separately developed an autoimmune issue that required specialized doctors visits to diagnose the root cause. When I mentioned I was having this issue to Dr Harvey, she went out of her way to recommend me to a renowned specialist and personally reached out to them to ensure they understood the severity and made sure they would see me. She truly went out above and beyond to ensure I had great care on all matters, not just dental. If you are under Dr. Harvey’s care, you are in good hands.

Oneximo Feliz I had a great experience at Advanced Dental Arts. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Gloria, the hygienist, was outstanding—extremely attentive and thorough in addressing all my concerns. She explained everything clearly, which put me at ease. I initially went in for a consultation about LANAP, but after a thorough evaluation, I was told I didn’t need the procedure, which was a relief. I was also worried about gum recession, but the doctor took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I understood my situation and next steps. Overall, the team was professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. I’m glad I chose them and would definitely recommend them to others.

Robyn Ive been a patient of Dr. Bertmans (as well as hygienist extraordinare, Tatiana) since 2008 and can say with complete certainty that this already-great dental practice has only improved since then. Its not just that the doctors and support staff are confident, professional experts with a nicely sensitive bedside manner rarely seen but always appreciated when turning ones mouth into a construction zone; but what I also really appreciate is the offices culture. Many staff members I see today have been there since my first appointment 17 years ago, and every patient is treated with a genuine sense of care and concern. Ive had dozens of cleanings and Xrays, a few cavities filled, some tooth filler, a crown, and LANAP gum surgery here and every procedure was handled as painlessly and smoothly as I believe possible. I am no longer in the NYC area, but travel by boat, train and then subway to get here 2-3 times a year because I see no reason to mess with the best. This team is exceptional.

First of all, I could actually get an appointment on short notice and secondly, Dr Solomon was the best dentist I’ve ever been to (I’ve been to many!). The office was beautiful, Dr Solomon was a genius and so kind, and Elijah his assistant was fantastic. I’m seriously considering making dentist appointments here when I am coming to visit. ❤️

Mazal Rappaport Dentist is warm/nice but staff is rude and nasty. Felt like trash how they spoke to me. When they got rude to me, dentist ignored it. Want your things sanitized? Good luck because the same wipe for counter will be used for x ray utensils and where you sit. Ask for another wipe? They claim its not necessary and too expensive. I told them my immune system aint good. In their heads so long as wipe is wet, its good to work for everything - even if its barely wet anymore...lol! Surprisingly, dentist was the extreme opposite of her staff. Id rate her 4.5 stars. Thats because she said shed help me with something but I guess got too busy with next patient to end up doing it. I was told shed follow up but nobody did. Also, if your staff is rude staying quiet and ignoring it aint the right way to go about it.

Isabel Mathew The office is clean and the staff is friendly! I had a few negative experiences with the office which makes me not want to return. I had a bad cavity which I mentioned to the hygienist during my cleaning. I had to advocate for myself 3+ times for her to see/believe I had a cavity. Granted shes a hygienist and thats not her job. When I came for my checkup and filling in the following appointment, the dentist only took an x-ray of that specific tooth I complained about and filled it. Why wasnt a full x-ray done? I had a recent appointment that was booked for months and 26 hours before the appointment, I received a missed call about the dentist needing to leave early and asked if I can come in earlier. I returned their call within their hours 4 separate times and texted the office as well with no response. They moved my appointment up to a time I could not make it without calling/texting me back. I understand schedules change, but I wish communication was better.

Vee I’ve had multiple dentists throughout my life and Inna Chern is by far superior. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient and thorough. I cracked a tooth eating popcorn and had to get a crown put in. I was extremely nervous and unfamiliar with the process. Dr Chern made everything easy to understand and put me at ease. She’s always checking to see if I’m in any pain/ comfortable. The entire office is friendly and accommodating when it comes to last minute appointments/ emergencies. Highly recommend.

Marcia Duffus WTC DENTAL GROUP OFFICE (Dr. Saleh) has an awesome Dental practice. He is attentive and take time to listen to my concern. I walked in with a retainer with pontiac to hide my missing tooth, and literally walk out with temporary tooth. My confidence shot up 100% with a brighter smile. Most of all I was able to return to work and conduct meetings after getting work done on my mouth. He is awesome and his price does not break the bank. I have already told my coworkers about his work.
