Deborah Rodrigo While I find Dr Simlote to be very kind that is not why I go to him as a dentist. He is a highly skilled dentist who has repaired or replaced eight of my teeth by my count. The reason and procedure were explained in detail as well as how to maintain his extraordinary work. I highly recommend him. Like me you will wonder why you went to anyone else. Christine Lefkus I have gone to Quest Dental for about six years, and to keep it short: this is the best practice you will find. I am very picky about dentists, I have bad luck with my teeth (as did both my parents), and I am so lucky to have found Quest. I typically see Dr. Z and Sam, sometimes Dr. Nguyen, and I not only trust them all, but I adore them. Yesterday I broke one of my molars, shout-out to Matya at the front desk who got me in immediately for treatment. Even on such a bad day everyone there lifted my mood, and I love them for that. You dont want to go anywhere else, this is where you want to be!

Amy Eddy I was a former employee here and it was a nice place and I would highly recommend Joe and Rich to everyone! Joe is so gentle while doing your root canal and always checks in to make sure you are doing ok. He has the best bedside manner and takes his time to make sure it everything goes right. I was in the worst pain and I remembered how well he did when I worked there. If you need a root canal or oral surgery please go here. The staff is amazing as well and very comforting.

Heather Boyd Raving about my experience with East Side Dental! I was already impressed with how smooth making my appointment was, ladies at the front desk were awesome and transparent. Went in today for consultation and ended up getting root canal done! Entire staff was amazing and made me feel like a valued patient. Office was immaculate, I appreciated that they required masks and were sanitizing everything! I wish I remembered my nurse/assistants name because she was amazing! Dr Katsarsky was fantastic, thorough in explaining process.

Bridget Mahar Been putting off getting out wisdom teeth for years. At 8 months pregnant I could not stand the pain of the 2 broken right ones so with clearance from my ob/gyn I had removed with just local anesthesia to numb. Teeth were out in less than 5 minutes with very minimal pain during the extraction. Office is very clean and staff is very professional.

Rick Tschernjawski Have to agree with negative reviews I was put in hospital which was superior but their dental clinic leaves a lot to be desired. Granted this is geared toward people with low income , but is that give them a right to treat us like low scum Also they are way understaffed for a dental clinic I told them of my fears etc finally after my dr was doing rounds did I get something for the anxiety. They recommended I return I’m not sure I can it hurt that much no conscious sedation just a needle that’s where the anxiety comes in

Bridget Mahar Myself and my child have been coming here for a couple of years now, yes its a busy place and the dentists are students but the staff is friendly and gets the job done. They clean mine and my childs teeth, do fluoride treatments for her and answer any questions. I had one filling done by a student dentist a while ago, her and her assistant were very helpful in helping me stay calm during the procedure. If you are consistent about coming to appointments its a good place to go.

Justin Gorelick The only reason they get a 2 star is because the dentists are great. If you need a referral though you are S.O.L. It took 2 week of calling for the first referral that should have taken up to 2 days. Now for this current referral it has taken a week and a half and still not properly sent over. I have to spend well over an hour a day just hoping I can schedule an appointment. Was told that a manager would call me by the end of last week and nothing. It shouldn’t be my job to call back and forth every single day. I would just like the services done that need to be done.

Be Blessed Prior to this year I love attending Dr. Missih office but once his office did a transition, the billing department got very sloppy and lazy with the billing and I’m receiving bills that I know that have been paid. My appointments are constantly getting canceled without any notification to the patient.He’s losing lots of customers and this is the reason why who ever doing your billing is doing a horrible job.

Jeremiah T I had severe pain in my tooth, Syracuse Dental Associates got me in very quickly, when I went in I was very nervous as I hadnt been to a dentist in some time. the entire time there made me feel comfortable, and made sure to answer any questions I had. Dr. Caryl himself was outstanding, he calmly talked me through everything he did, made me feel relaxed when I was anxious, and didnt shame me on not having been to a dentist in some time. Since the first appointment, I have had a root canal, and my temporary crown put on, the service remains impeccable. If I could give a better rating then 5 stars I would.

Jami Schmohe Dr. Caryl was great and very professional. He was excellent with my kid, making jokes and keeping her comfortable (it was her first dentist visit.) I had tooth pulled a few years ago and Dr. Caryl did an excellent job. He is very laid back and calm, which helps when you go to the dentist. He doesnt scold for bad habits but makes suggestions. All in all, I highly recommend Dr. Caryl and this Syracuse Family Dentistry.

Brian White I called their office to schedule an appointment for both myself and my adult son, as he was sick with bronchitis. They wouldnt take his information, stating that he himself needed to call. After taking my information, I never heard back, even though I have private insurance. On the day of the appointment, we get an email telling us we need to wait in their parking lot and they will text us when theyre ready. After now reading the online reviews, all of this is coming into focus- they appear to be a money- grabbing scam, unprofessional and off-putting.

Jenny The reception and nursing staff are incredible - they made me feel so safe and worked very closely with me knowing that anxiety was listed on my chart. However, the dentist I saw was very dismissive and rushed through our consult. He simply told me that I urgently needed periodontal treatment and that no insurance would cover it. Rushed through and seemed annoyed by my questions, couldnt give me any concrete information or advice. He did give me a referral, but I left more unsure than I went in. He also entered the room with his mask down his nose - I spoke with him for less than ten minutes. Had to ask the nurse to bring him back to actually finish asking questions. Its the supporting staff that make up the good of this place, not the dentist.

Truth Is Stranger Than Fiction The dental hygienist was friendly but overall this place is a scam. Save your time and efforts. The doctor was more focused on what type of insurance I had. Not taking into consideration I drove an hour for services I thought would be rendered according to their website. The place had no new equipment looks old and rundown. The doctor didn’t care about none of the services I wanted or that I drove to his establishment (rude). He only only cared about the tooth that was broke and what I would need to pay out of pocket. Didn’t care I requested a teeth cleaning or dental implants. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I was able to secure a spot way in nyc but no co pay and they’re going to do everything I asked with a referral for dental implants. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! #Scam

F J Dr Zdep is very skilled, but his staff leave something to be desired. Very unpleasant dental assistant (skeletal thin with dark hair), and they also clearly would rather not have to deal with insurance companies so appears they aim for a clientele that feels no pain when paying a large bill! For those negatives, I am likely going to change practices.

John Hart Started going here about a month ago and Dr. Shallish discovered two cracks that were unknown before. I havent had much luck with numbing medicine so he went the extra distance to call my old dentist to discuss what worked and what hasnt before. He came up with a solid way to help me not feel discomfort as a result. For the first filling, never felt a thing and getting the second done in a few weeks. Really glad I found a dentist as good as my last few and happy taking my two kids to see him too.

Mitchell Nguyen Needed to find a new dentist since I moved to Syracuse and this place was in my insurance network and a very close drive. This was an excellent experience. It was easily the most thorough and personal dental care Ive ever received. Dr. Levin spent a lot of time doing all of the dental cleaning herself (no hygienist) and taught me more about how I should be caring for my teeth than any other dentist Ive ever been to. It was a great experience and I will definitely continue to go here in the future.

The Facts? *I was able to make an appointment within an extremely reasonable amount of time. *The first impression I had of this office was over the phone while setting up my initial consultation. Nicole was very friendly, welcoming and informative (a huge plus since I was so nervous about this appointment). *I had several visits for my procedure and they never kept me waiting. My appointments were always on time. *The girls in the office are super friendly and always make you feel welcome, especially Kim who worked directly with Dr. Craybas on my shiny new smile! Shes a rockstar! *And Dr. Craybas... I can say with 100% confidence, if you are looking for a cosmetic dentist in the Syracuse area, look no further! From day one, he HEARD what I was saying. The entire process was easy (for me) and as painless as one could expect this type of corrective dental work to be. My mouth was sore on the day of the procedure, and I was using it the very next morning. If I could give them 6 stars, I would.

Barbara Stacer I was a patient of Dr. Berrys and had nothing but ongoing issues that lasted for years. She put a new crown on that kept falling off repeatedly in the 1st year. Come to find out, she filed my real tooth down so small that a crown could no longer hold on it. After going back to have said crown cemented on 4-5x in the first year, I was told I needed a dental implant which costed me over $5k in addition to the crown. Another crown done by Dr. Berry has since fallen off in less than 2 years time. The quality of work completed by Dr. Berry is beyond poor and leaves me questioning how she made it through dental school.

Sarah Chappell Both of my appointments I had with the dentist, I had to wait because the one tech and doctor were running late. I was forced to get 2 cleanings in a month or the doctor wouldnt see me. Then, Dr Berry told me I had 4 cavities, and she would have to remove an old filling and put a CROWN on my tooth, $500 just for the crown. Dr Berry actually cancelled an appointment on ME because I was five minutes late to my cleaning, even though I still had to wait in the waiting room because the tech wasnt even ready!!! Unprofessional, lie about what it actually needed because they are trying to just make money. I went to Dr Saini on Taft Road and she basically told me I had 2 cavities that needed filling, and I definitely did NOT need a crown. What a waste of time and money Berry Good Dental was.

Felica Plunkett I was there and got a cleaning I dont know who the lady is but she is a short blonde blue eyes. Now my teeth feel like their about to break , I now have huge gaps in between my teeth that I didnt have before and I live in pain every day since the last time I went there for that cleaning. She used an instrument in my mouth Im pretty sure was not what she was supposed to use for a cleaning. I am now so scared to go back and let them do anything else.
