Cassandra Lewis I got a Brazilian wax for the first time. The environment was very calming and clean. She communicated everything they were going to do. She made me feel very comfortable the entire time. The only negative was the cramped parking in the back of the house.

Farrah Abdelaal Every massage I have had here has been amazing. I have had 90 minute, 60 minute, deep tissue, and shiatsu. I have used the salt room, and float tank. The massage therapist Darlene is so talented, skilled, and an excellent masseuse.

Hannah Hejni Joseph gave me a great deep tissue massage, really helped my shoulder pain! Sarah is another great worker there I would recommend either of them for any services. Very personable and well skilled

Heather Phillips Great service, relaxing location, and clean! I dont want to write this review... I dont want this hidden gem to be found. This place is absolutely the best place for manicures and pedicures. This is the absolute best location to get your nails done. I went from overgrown Barbie pink, to Halloween Black & Orange! I came in for a fill today. It took longer to pick the color for my nails, and then it did to get in. Kevin was amazing! I will only be seeing him from now on. He was precise and wanted them to look good.

Aleisha Haskins I went to this lovely place for the first time today and wow what a wonderful experience!! Everyone is so professional, friendly and talented! It’s an extremely clean, beautifully decorated and well managed salon. I immediately felt welcomed, relaxed and happier when walking in. I personally had the spa pedicure and gel manicure. I could not be more happy with the beautiful and wonderful work the technicians did (Ella and Selena). Needless to say I will definitely be going there from now on. One extremely happy customer!!

Pamela Jennings I’m not sure when a pedicure using gel polish became a “spa” pedicure but $70 for a 15 year old to go to a semi formal dance is ridiculous. Plus tip brings that to $85.

Jessica Louch Called on Tuesday after leaving a message Sunday about getting in on Tuesday for a pedicure and scheduled two pedicures for Friday instead because my call was not returned. My mother drove an hour to get the pedicure with me and this is not the address anymore. I called back to see where she was located now and was told that someone else had called and cancelled my pedicure for two. Different name for the appointment and wasn’t told where the new location was and was told she could not accommodate us either. I have gone here a few times with no issues but will not return after this.

Lily Sklar Such a lovely experience! Very courteous and well-priced. My nail tech truly took her time and went to great lengths to make sure my ombré gel nails turned out the way I wanted!

V V This salon is truly a hidden gem. I drive well over an hour just to get my nails done here. Both Yan and Nathalie do such incredible work, and always go out of their way to make each client feel very comfortable and relaxed. I had an extremely difficult time finding a salon that knew how to properly do ANC. Then I found Nails By Yan. Yan and Nathalie are extremely talented.Their ANC manicures always come out looking very natural (at the previous salons I visited, the ANC was always layered on too thick and never properly filed down).They also do an incredible job with pedicures. They always take their time and make sure that each client is happy with the results. And they always give out so much great (and free!) advice on the best way to take care of nails. I truly cannot say enough great things about this salon and I will never go anywhere else.

Bethany Arrington I popped in on these wonderful ladies (they are reservation only but like a dunce I didn’t check that) and not only did they fix my broken nail…they tried to do it for free! Angela also found pretty much the exact same color to match my current color even though I got my manicure out of town. Talk about impressive. Amazing color selection, kind technicians, and they know dip manicures. I am over the moon with my fix and will totally be back for my next manicure. 10/10 would recommend.

Ashlee DAconto Love this place!! My best friend got married over the weekend and we had the bridal party come in to get our nails & toes done. The bride hadnt ever gotten her nails done before and they were so patient and kind with her! They were very accommodating for each of us and made sure all of us got the nails we wanted for the big day. I forget the name of the gentleman who did my nails but they came out so perfect!! 10/10 recommend to anyone!

Marissa Ramey The best place to get your nails and toes done! Everyone treats you amazingly and takes their time! Derek and Alex are awesome, their work is always great. The new place is beautiful and very welcoming. I bring all my friends here the only place I’ve gone that is quality and consistent!

Amina Feratovic This place was highly recommended to me by another person I know. The nail salon is clean but honestly I love my nail tech the most. Her name is Tina and she has great customer service and is very nice. She also is very clean! I love that. I got gel nails on my toes and dip for almost $90 but I think it’s worth it because of the great end product.

Jillian Gray I have been going to polished for years now. I’ve always had good reviews up until recently. Last month I got my nails done and the same day my nails started peeling and bubbling (I get full sets with tips acrylic and gel polish). I called, they offered to fix it but I unfortunately didn’t have the time and had to do it myself. AGAIN, I went in last night and woke up this morning to find my nail doing the SAME thing. When I was there the nail tech was rushing and didn’t even take me seriously when I asked him to even out my nails. They are bumpy and uneven and now bubbling and peeling. I’m very upset with this and have decided I won’t be returning. Careful when you go. Hopefully your nail tech is better than the 2 I went to. Also for reference, I work a desk job and I am NOT hard on my hands so this makes no sense.

Alexis Hubbard Elisha has been doing a nails for a while now and she does them exactly how I want them everytime ! She’s very detailed in her work and takes her time to make sure it’s perfection. She never disappoints. Not only is she an amazing nail artist , she has a an amazing personality. This is by far the best salon around!!

Pink Love I have been coming here for years for pedicures. I decided to get nails done. Big mistake. Im not sure of the nail techs name she never told me and wasnt very friendly. I was quoted one price only to be told a completely different price when it was time to pay. I explained to the tech I didnt want my nails wide I wanted them to look natural. Two of the nails are crooked, some nails are longer than others, and some of them are extremely wide. Then for the nail tech and owner to stand around talking about me like I wasnt sitting right there. So needless to say no more nails for me from there. Extremely unhappy with my experience

Corese Stanley Only my second time booking and I wouldn’t go any where else. Service is amazing, the salon has such a welcoming atmosphere, I could talk to her for hours. My acrylic toe set lasted well over a month! She did such a great job no one could tell they were acrylic. Can’t wait to pick out the next set, she listens and executes so well!

Kimberly Leiter LOVE how Amanda does nails! She takes the time with you and learns what you like and of willing to try anything. Can’t wait for her to give me Buffalo Bills colors and designs during football season!!! I only wish I went sooner and could’ve had her get me geared up for my son’s last college hockey season. I don’t plan on going anywhere else!!! She listens to what you want! Not what she thinks you should get. And she’s willing to match toes!!!!!!!! ps. I wear mine short since I type all day.

kenzie pantola Extremely professional and truly builds meaningful relationships with their clientele. I have never had a bad experience, my nails always come out beautiful. I definitely recommend going!! Easy to make appts through booksy as well which is a major convenience! Booksy also gives a description of each service on the menu with the price of each service.

Divya Rao This is the first time I am rating something but my experience was horrible. Halfway through my appointment the lady mentions she doesn’t have the shade I want. She did a really bad job with the nails as they were very uneven and sloppy. I told her to immediately remove them and that’s when she accidentally cut my finger. The remnants of the fake nails are still on my finger nails as they weren’t properly removed. AND I HAD TO PAY FOR THIS SERVICE.

Ruby Gonzalez This isnt the first time I get service here and I felt like something was missing. This time They didnt clean my nails properly. The older color mixed with the new color and it gave it the appearance of being dirty. They rushed me in & rushed me out. On the go and last minute plans made this a viable option. Be wary.

Allie Dier The nails came out okay but my finger would not stop bleeding for 2 hours straight even after putting napkins and bandits on my finger. The lady was cutting my cuticles and it was so painful and even hurt after.

Scout Ludwig Absolutely terrible. There is a guy there that wears glasses and is a bit bigger. He had absolutely no idea what he was doing. I honestly have no clue how he was hired in the first place be because it shocks me that he has a job doing this.i asked for a simple French tip but instead of white I asked for yellow due to the fact I have prom tomorrow. He began with drilling the skin around my nail instead of the nail. Then he proceeded to use the drill so far down on my nail beds that they’re so irritated. Then he would paint each nail one by one and put them into the led light for gel nails. I have never taken this long to get a gel manicure ever before. This appt took 2 hours. Then each of my nails are a different shape along with the lines of the French tip on them as well. I will not be going back ever again. So as I’m writing this, take into consideration when they ask you who you want to do your nails when you get there and make sure they don’t stick you with this guy so you don’t have to go through the same thing.

josie barone The guy doing my nails did not properly prepare them and they’re immediately began to crack within 10 days, acrylics usually last me a whole month. I was also charged 80 dollars but he never did the design I asked and left bubbles in my nails because he didn’t cure them right. not worth the price

Mariluz Valdivia The first time i went there they did a good job for the price they charged. Then i went back but was bad and embarrassing how ugly my nails turned out. I decided to give them another chance but the quality was so poor and every time theyd increase the price. My friends have also had bad experiences with them: bumpy manicures, and sloppy "designs". Save your money and time.

Nay_ Diorr So this is the nails i had got done, 1 i said square and they dnt even kno how ta do square i kept correcting them and they still didnt get it. 2 when i left my thumb nail was shorter than my other one and my bow kame off, i went back to get them redone, after that i go ta walmart and my nail falls off AFTER i went to them to fix my nails, regardless of anything my nails are not supposed ta fall off like that especially if my nails were fresh nd js got them done PROFESSIONALLY. I will be finding sumone else to do my nails. I didnt pay out my pocket to get nails that falls off the day i got em. Yu rlly dnt get wat ur asking for they js do they own thing frfr they dnt listen fr. Also when yu walk in nd uu see that guy sitting there he is rude when i was in the mist of telling him how i wanted it after he didnt get it right he js got up out the chair nd sum other man who didnt even work there sat down nd started doin it for me, i wouldnt be telling yu how ta do ya job if yu knew alr, my bf even had ta step in they cant do nothing right, this is not the first time neither but this is js my first time speaking out because im tired of it, wasting my money on nails that dnt even last A DAY.

Breona Sardina They are nice people always. I just feel like there kind of loosing their passion for their craft tbh. My nails are Not the best shaped and they dont really last for a while also I don’t like people telling me what I should do instead of what I want on or for my nails. But other then that it’s a cool place a good vibes.

DH Z Just noticed theyre under new management now and offering a 50% off for their reopening! Met some very nice and skilled people over there, the whole store is so clean and neat, plus the fabulous smell and excellent work, omg it makes going there and get my nails done such a no brainer!
