Jessica C The experience was amazing! The owner and the lady was so nice and patient when I asked them to do the design. Super sweet and did everything perfectly. Such a reasonable price for this cute design and definitely would go again.

Alexa Great salon! Super clean and well maintained. David paid attention to detail and took his time with my UV gel fill-in. Pedicure was also well done by someone else (possibly his wife). Very happy with the service and the place itself. Price was reasonable especially for the surrounding area. Will definitely return!

Drishti Lakhi Worst nail salon experience of my life. Took my sister to get her nails done; David worked on her nails. From the very beginning, he was rude and seemingly in a rush. The gel has chipped on the next day. She gets gel manicures done all the time, and knows how to care for them. This has never happened to us before, so they obviously use bad quality products. She called them, and David is not understanding at all. He cut the call on her. We even gave him a generous tip, that I regret now. Never returning, and I suggest you dont either :(

Saturday STEAM The salon is nice, clean, and airy. They do need to work on their customer service. I’ve had nail workers who were kind and helpful and others who had a bad attitude and couldnt be bothered to do a careful job. A worker with a name starting with “L” thought it would be okay to talk trash about me in Korean to the lady at the front counter. What she didn’t know is I understand Korean and can speak it at a basic level. Work on being kinder to your customers!

Jade Nirvana First time here today, staff was super skilled and friendly. Manager is awesome I think her name is Kelly and Jenny did an amazing gel french mani and french pedi I like it thick and she accommodated.. they do a number of services massage eyelashes eyebrow tinting facials and prices are very fair. Inside is very big, clean, neat and soothing. Will def be going back. "-)

Kaitlin Gould Got an SNS manicure (powder dip, which is supposed to last two weeks) and it lasted for about 2 days before it started to chip. I went back to have the first chipped nail fixed, and waited about a half hour to be taken care of. Its been 3 days since I went back and 4 more nails are chipped significantly... to the point where the entire manicure needs to be redone. Also, when I left the salon the first time, you would think that a child painted my nails. The powder was everywhere (see pics). They started trying to pick it off with one of the tools, but I asked that they stop because they were literally pulling my skin off and it hurt. The first time I ever went, I was charged for a massage that I did not ask for. This place is the worst.

Astra Austin I made an appointment for 3pm on Sat 2/3/24 based on the reviews. What stood out to me was the alleged "kindness" of the staffers as well as pics of nice nails. Heres what I experienced instead: Sam asked me to leave and return b/c I came early. There were at least 3 empty chairs in the salon. I questioned why I needed to leave and he then said I could sit in one of the empty chairs. I noticed how quiet the salon was, which is great. But "quietness" should not be to the detriment of good hospitality. Kim (who did the "gold" pedicure) was phenomenal (a great balance of professionalism and friendliness). Nancy (who removed my nail gel and filed my nails) was also great and engaging. But- Sam just picked up my hand without talking and started applying polish. When I talked to him, he actually referred to a poster on his wall that says he likes quiet in the salon and he cannot talk in order to focus. Again... I understand and appreciate quiet... AND I know the importance of focus. But- he couldnt answer basic questions (and I am a first-time patron)? His behavior was strange and lacked common sense. I also noticed that he initiated conversation with other customers. When it was time to pay, he tried to rudely rush me as I signed the credit card receipt. After I signed it, he walked away without a "thank you" or "goodbye." Kim and Nancy- on the other hand- waved goodbye and thanked me for coming. Heres the deal-- I was not looking for a flowery exchange full of emotions. I just expected to be treated the same as the other customers: with decency. I never felt comfortable due to Sams behavior. All customers should be treated the same. Its that simple. 3 stars: 2 for Kim (who spent the most time with me) and 1 for Nancy (who spent less time with me as understandably helping other customers). I hope my tip (that Sam said he would divide between the staffers) will be divided between Kim and Nancy only as they provided good service. Sam did not. He was rude and the polish on my left thumb (applied by Sam) already started chipping.

Carol Jacobson Great gel mani and pedi. Made an appointment and they took me 40 minutes late which was annoying, but Samuel did a great job on my nails and toes. Clean and nice.

Milagros Valle Its not my intention to discredit anyone but 4.7 for this place is not true. They share nail files, the instruments are also shared and not cleaned properly. They do things quickly to fast for important cleanliness measures to take place. Something need to be said.

Karoon Walljee I visited this salon spa as I was in the area for an appointment. I Googled to see what spa places are around. The previous reviews from customers made my choice very easy. Apond arriving I was greeted by staff. I inquired about my needs for sevice. I was explained choices & prices.. I did the lemon spa and got a gel mani and pedi. The lemon spa is a must try. Its very relaxing and worth the price. The leg massage at the end is bomb... Lets talk nail /feet tech staff. Wow, super friendly and very intensive to customers needs. Dont laugh, but I just couldnt get one of my big toes to stay down while under that uv light. However, as youll see in picture staff, all were hands-on to ensure I didnt mess the gel polish. Mind you, I was the last customer, and still, I was giving time and patience-notrushed or limited to my service. The salon itself is very beautiful and kept clean. I love the set up- I will be coming back for my next service. Even though its 40min drive... they have a new member. MsKay

They would tell me how often I have to come back, what the cost is if I want an add on so I don’t have to guess or be surprised. Jae Jasmin Please be careful going here. Ive been going for a while and have gotten 2 injuries from this place the first time should have been my warning but I went back and this time I had to have a surgical procedure done by a podiatrist to fix what they did. Also theyre not clean. My toes were bleeding alot and she just used a rag wipe my blood off the tools she was using which are not fresh tools. My first injury here they gave me a new guy who scrubbed my feet until the skin was raw and I couldnt walk the next day. My friend told me to go tell them and they gave me an 80 dollar gift card since they cant do refunds and told me to ask for a girl next time because I have "baby feet" and thats why I got hurt. The second time I went back I got a girl and it was actually better so I trusted them again. Big mistake. I got a different woman and she was cutting my nails and started cutting deep into the sides. my toes were painted white and she kept having to wipe off the blood. Becuase of her I grew infected ingrown nails and had to see a podiatrist who had to preform a painful procedure for this.

Michelle Alyssa I got an acrylic gel manicure done here last… one of the nails had chipped off so I went in at 730 (they close at 8) to ask them to fix it. They said “no we are closed,” I explained it was only the one nail and I had been there last week. They insisted that they were closed (even though they were open for another half an hour) and would not fix my nail. I wasn’t happy with the manicure to begin with, will not be returning.

Carmencita Yanir Victorias Nails Spa in Garden City is my favorite place to go for my pedicure. I ALWAYS go to Kim, she is the absolute best. She always takes her time with it and leaves me with the prettiest french gel pedicure ever. I cant ever cheat on her, shes the best!! The place is very clean and everyone is so friendly. Ive been coming here since I was 15, i am now 22!

Jael Sanchez I have been going to a Veronica for about a year now. Had bad experiences with regular nail salons that ruined my nails. After finding Veronica my nails are healthier than ever, strong and growing. She is truly a professional, and I love that she is so knowledgeable and always learning and applying her new skills to your nails. My nails last weeks without chipping or lifting. The suite is comfortable, private, and clean. Plus she is so friendly! She is my new and only nail tech!! Highly recommend

Stacey Reynolds The best. I have searched high and low for someone who pays attention to detail like Farah. I was commuting far for good quality mani/pedis (I take my nails seriously) and now I have found a superior experience close to home! It’s hard to get an appointment with her but once you do you will understand why. My nails have never looked better. Not just esthetically but they are really healthy. Farah is also really cool and fun to talk to. Can’t say enough amazing things about this 5 star experience!

Alvina Song The nail studio is very clean. Farah is very talented and you can tell that she really enjoys what she does. Appointments start on time and never feel rushed. Always love how my nails turn out. The hardest part is definitely figuring out what design to get next.

Linnette Veloso They are very friendly and welcoming. Prices are very reasonable! I’ve gotten my eyebrows threaded with them before and always been happy with the results. I did a Brazilian wax most recently and was relieved to find out that they work very quickly. I had Geeta (I hope I’m spelling correctly) and she was super fast and gave me the most pain free wax I’ve gotten. Very clean too. Did legs as well and I’m happy with results. She was very thorough.

Gina Reese Gita is excellent at what she does. I stumbled upon this salon looking for somewhere new to have my eyebrows threaded. I was very happy with the results. She had been suggesting a facial, which I knew I needed. I was reluctant because I have rosacea but a few visits I decided to give it a try. She tailored her facial to my skin type and I had excellent results. Highly recommend!

Suedeh Ranjbar The BEST threading spot IN LONG ISLAND!!!!!! And only $7????? It’s a steal!!!!! They also do great facials. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I come here every 2 weeks for my eyebrows

I had hard gel on from a previous salon, and Leo was so patient in removing the gel and filing my nails & trimming my cuticles to perfection! I requested a regular manicure and I am loving it (see pics attached). I will definitely be back :). The price is right and 10/10 service + experience.
