Kate Corcoran Their policy is no parents allowed with the children. No discussion into their policy. My children have special needs. I was polite, but no one wanted to discuss the policy with me... just pointed me to a different dentist. I wish they had told me before I scheduled the original exam.

There was a lot of damage to the gums and surrounding tissue and Dr. Riad was able to repair his mouth and recreate his beautiful smile. I cannot say enough about the expert dental care at DPR Dentistry.

James Pratt Extremely nice folks! April in the office was delightful, and Dr. Martell was awesome, as was the assistant. I had not been to a dentist for 10+ years- Had a tough cavity between two molars.. and an old filling half disintegrated- Procedure took 45 minutes and no discomfort whatsoever. ZERO PAIN- He then advised me on how much pain I was likely to have when the anesthesia wore off, and how to manage. He was exactly correct. Oh, and no floss shaming, he just got me back on a 2x a year cleaning schedule. Highly recommend. Visit #2 cleaning.. Again a fantastic experience, everyone was just a nice as can be. Daniele my cleaner person was professional, personable and cleaned up 10+ years of neglect in superb fashion. VERY happy with the outcome- Strongly recommend!

Dark Phoenix Guidance Five years ago they verified my insurance and told me that they excepted it so I came in for an appointment. Afterwords they said that they cannot get the money from my insurance company so I needed to pay it. $83. They said this was in collections. The lady on the phone really didn’t know what to say to me. Because even though she worked there currently she wasn’t there then and even to her this didn’t sound right considering they verified my insurance before I came in. I should not be responsible for any fees if you guys told me you would except my insurance but then did it and made a mistake that’s not really on me. I didn’t even get work there done because obviously it’s the first appointment which is a consultation to see what needs to be done.

In his cubicle with his rules like a Drill sergeant God for bid you ask a question , or you get up and walk around want to keep you waiting for 45 minutes God for bid you asked for the TV set to be put on so you have something to watch for 45 minutes God for bid you bring a mold made from your So you can ask him a question about extractions hell start yelling at you , o,g if you have Tmj and dont have the ability to keep your mouth open as hes in there , God for bid you dont like needles , he comes into the room doesnt introduce him self gets a needle in and comes a you from course the home as hes joking and flirting with the woman in the room . He never explains what is going to do. I had to wait six weeks for an appointment I get an appointment I asked for another doctor they refuse to reschedule my appointment they asked me to come in early and then I wait 45 minutes In the chair where I wouldve been felt safer and, in the waiting room instead of being held prisoner .

He gives you all the options available and allows you to choose what is best. He is calm and relaxed and yet very professional! My husband and I had both had " poor experiences", in the past and were very pleased when we found Dr Shaw!

E W Horrible Experience First the good: the dental hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth. The bad: I went to Dr. Schwagler for a problem filling which needed to be replaced. To my shock, the new filling was done using amalgam. Theres a reason that over 95% of new fillings DO NOT use amalgam - amalgam contains the deadly poison mercury. I called the office and when Dr. Schwagler returned my call, she claimed that shed used Equia for the new filling. But this isnt my first rodeo, and I know that is a lie. The claim submitted to my insurance also claimed that a composite was used for the filling. The thing is that Equia requires 48 hours to fully cure and patients are advised to eat only soft foods during that time - of course, I wasnt told that because the filling wasnt composite. Not only was amalgam used, but a piece of the new filling fell out within the first couple of weeks. Doctor Schwagler also thought it was a great idea to grind down a crown which Ive had for decades - no other dentist during my numerous visits over those decades thought it was necessary to do that, but for some reason, Dr. Schwagler did - now the edge of the crown no longer aligns with the adjacent tooth. Finally, the issue for which I needed the filling replaced was not resolved so the entire experience was a complete waste of time and now I have a new amalgam filling; would much rather that I didnt. Stay away!

James Horner Dr. Bates is a wonderful dentist and is super friendly. Beautifully furnished office. Friendly staff, always has gotten me right in for emergency dental work.
