Mary Morrissey Let’s be honest, nobody likes going to the dentist, but as far as dentists go I have had the best experience with this office since I started seeing them several years ago. Front desk staff is always courteous and the dental Hygienists are always thorough at every cleaning. Dr. Igor Pozdniakov is a great dentist who puts you at ease and is very patient with you when it comes to pain management during procedures. Just overall the best dentist office around. As a heads up though they have a pretty extensive wait list for new patients however if you have them put your name on the cancellation list they get cancellations all the time. As an example my husband had a new patient cleaning and exam appointment scheduled for the end of March 2025 which was scheduled in August but he ended up being seen in November 2024. I also had a cleaning scheduled for early March but was seen in December(they called me September, October, and November though to see if I was available but unfortunately I wasn’t). Long story short I recommend making the appointment and getting on the list, even if it takes some time this office is worth the wait!

Bruce Bartolotto Hands down, best dentist in upstate New York. I am now a new patient. They saw me the Friday before Christmas at 3:40 pm w no appointment for an emergency. Tamara , who took the phone call, provided the best customer service over the phone, Andrea was the most amazing dental Hygienist and Dr. Igor provides the best bed side manor and explains very thoughtfully of how the procedure is going to go and what to expect. Facility is incredibly clean. We live in Glenville and this Practice is worth the drive. Please call them for any of your dental needs. I will be scheduling a teeth cleaning and this is now my dentist. They had great compassion and treated me like a person vs being treated like a number or business transaction. I obviously can’t say enough good considering I arrived in a lot of pain

kristi gustafson barlette I have been going to Eastview Dental for more than 30 years (started going as a child). I like that they run on time, the staff is professional and friendly, the office clean and modern and the teeth cleaning and other dental work thorough. I especially like Dr. OBrien and Jennifer the hygienist. I schedule my appointments based on Jennifers availability, scheduling my cleanings a year in advance so I can get with her (her schedule fills up way in advance). I have seen other hygienists at the practice, and they were fine, but Jennifer is more meticulous and detail-oriented. I say this as someone who is obsessed with oral health/particular about a really good teeth cleaning. Ex: I do not drink anything that will stain my teeth, I brush 2-3 times a day and go to the dentist twice a year every year, religiously. I like them enough that even when I lived on the west side of Albany county, I kept Eastview as my dentists office. I highly recommend Eastview for adults seeking regular dental care.

Kathy Ha I recently became a patient at Evergreen Dental, and am extremely pleased with the service. I hadnt seen a dentist since before the pandemic in 2020 and moved up from New York City. My initial exam and cleaning were both extremely thorough, and I received excellent customer service from the entire staff! Both my parents also go here, and its the best option for me. Although my insurance doesnt accept out of network providers, Im still happy to pay out of pocket for excellent service. I have an appointment scheduled for a filling later this month, and a cleaning again in 6 months. I highly recommend if youre looking for a dentist in the area!

Sofie Willis Dr Langan is extremely attentive and very gentle. He asked if I was okay throughout my entire visit and walked me through each step so that I understood what was happening. I have a lot of anxiety surrounding dental work and he was so comforting and I left my appointment with absolutely zero soreness and could chew on it the same day! Not that I ever want to have extensive dental work done but if I do I will absolutely go back to Dr Langan and his team all of whom are extremely pleasant!

K J I haven’t had enough actual dental work to comment on the quality of care here. Just had X-rays, consultations, referrals to oral surgeon. I’m reviewing the patient care. Having been just under 2 years since I’ve been at the office, I called to make an appointment to begin bridgework and cosmetic services after getting many teeth removed. Upon answering the phone, the front desk woman rudely denied I was a patient there. Then she clarified that I am no longer a patient there because they removed patients who have not been there in a year. I don’t know if it’s for patients that didn’t use their referred oral surgeon, or patients that aren’t on the top of their list as spenders. In any case, it’s about money. Not unusual in this new day, but they should let their patients know, in writing, that they have this new policy. It’s a baseline courtesy and the least they could do to remain professional. So for someone that does not plan on going every year like clockwork, they would not be for you, and you are not for them. Also, they are near impossible to reach as they rarely answer the phone.

John Whalen I am glad I found Dr. Maloney! My previous dentist retired some time ago and I have been looking for a good dentist. I feel I have found one. The office is spotless and modern, the staff is very pleasant and professional. Dr. Maloney clearly understands his profession, he explained what was needed and performed the procedure quickly. My problem was resolved. I will be returning in the future and would not hesitate to refer anyone here. As an update: Dr Maloney has continued to do great service. He completed an implant for me that I am very happy with. Recently he squeezed me into the schedule to handle a toothache. Top notch dental practice!

Did great work and Iv spent close to ten thousands dollars there ..I thought we where Friends until today !!! alyssa prescott I have NEVER looked forward to going to the dentist, but now I dont mind it at all! Everyone at Dr. Praveens office is SO nice and they dont make you feel bad about having a cavity. Also they are really gentle and quick. I had two cavities filled in one day and I was out of the chair in less than 30 minutes! They do great work and I have never had any issues with them. They dont accept the insurance that I currently have so I have to pay out of pocket, but thats just how much I actually like them! I definitely recommend them!

Henry Collins My only regret is Id been living in the area for a few decades before finding this office. Dr. Vallabhaneni is simply wonderful - kind, professional, calm, focused. This is the opposite of the "factory/churn em out" office. Very patient-centered. Personalized care. No unnecessary work, and the simplest effective solution is used. The staff is equally excellent. Absolutely top marks for this wonderful dentist and his office.

Jennifer Hannay This is the first HONEST dental office I have ever been to. Over the years I have been given outrageous treatment plans for cavities, root canals, and tooth extractions that I couldnt afford to get done. Going to a dentist caused me so much anxiety because they made me believe my teeth were in horrible condition and there wasnt anything I could afford to do about it. I changed dentists every year and always got completely different treatment plans which caused me to not trust dentists at all. Until I met Healey and his staff. He found NO cavities, NO root canals needed or anything. Because of his honesty and his wonderful staff I dont feel anxious coming to the dentist anymore. I HIGHLY recommend his office!
