Jisell Reyes I’ve been waiting to leave a review because I wanted to come here several times and give my honest opinion. I’ve gotten full sets and pedicures here for the past three months and I have not been disappointed. The hospitality is amazing and all the staff are super friendly; always offering anything to drink. The nail techs are really patient and detail oriented. The salon is clean, very aesthetic and comfortable. Pricing is very reasonable for the great service. I will continue to come back here!

Denise Reyes DO NOT GET LASHES DONE BY THEM, i had the worst experience ever, all my lashes are gone by the way! i’ve never ever had a problem with lash extensions until i came here, one of the ladies literally uses the lash glue all over your actual lashes and is really rough with it, when i left the lashes kept poking my eye for days it was extremely uncomfortable, i got bumps on my eyes from whatever she used, waking up with red eyes, when i finally got them off cause of the discomfort the person couldn’t save any of my lashes. that’s how bad she’s messed them up. so DO NOT GO HERE.

briana cortez Their service was terrible. I walked in and I was waiting for so long. and I was paying attention and the lady kept stopping to check her phone. not professional at all! I spent about 6 months growing out my eyebrows to the perfect thickness that I wanted it and I specifically told the lady I just wanted her to shape them up. but she absolutely ruined my eyebrows. She thinned them out so bad. its my birthday in two days and this Is an absolute disaster. im never returning to this place!

Samantha Rivera We live nearby and Richard has been apart of my son’s haircut experience since he was 2yrs old. He has come a long way and at 7 yrs old he lets Richard cut his hair. Richard is very experienced and wants your child to feel safe. I just bought his home made soap and it help my son’s dryness on his scalp. I think you will have a great time there.

karyn blixx One woman couldnt manage my 4c hair and the woman who managed the salon finished it for her. I was going to walk out of the salon. She was brushing out my hair really roughly and I told her many times not to brush my hair with such a harsh brush. She didnt speak English. I wont be going back again. Wasnt happy with the finishing job.

China Luchee I took my daughter to get her hair braided(box braids) by Collette awesome! Stop by and visit her. P.S. they also do pedicures there.(I havent had one But I did see a few people getting them while I was there).

Wairi B Ive (the owner) is literally the kindest and most amazing hair stylist I’ve been to. I have 4c natural hair and haven’t been to a salon in years. I don’t trust anyone with my hair. Ive was gentle with my tender head and straightened my hair with care. I plan on going to her for any style I want. She even does weave and clip in styles!

sindy suriel Best salon in the bronx !!! I always feel welcomed by the owner who i have been seen for the last 8 years. The salon is always clean and she uses the best products in my hair , she takes her time with every service and I love how she always treats everyone so kindly. Ive (the owner) always advices me on how to properly take care of my hair. The vibe is amazing everyone is always in a good mood . The services never disappoints hands down to the queen of hair. Betsy Munoz They did me so absolutely dirty, I am never coming back again. They were super unprofessional and they completly ignored my reference photos and my comments about how id like my hair to be cut. If I could rate this place 0 stars, I WOULD.

Stacey British I’m sorry but my hair broke off because of them. Minerva was no in that day so another stylist relaxed my hair. Within weeks my hair started breaking off smh. I think my hair was over processed. Im not going back there.

Nikauris Solano Horrible I went to this salon last week after not going to Dominican salons for almost a year I did not have dry scalp and my curls were back and the owner / old Dominican lady of the salon left me in the dryer for an hour and a half and burned my scalp so badly I’m going to need a lot of treatments to get it healthy again these business all about profit and don’t care about their own kind I rather give my money to Africans / or any other race Domican frauds and she charged me $45 for my blower and my hair is short I will be calling 311 to report this business super rude she skips her clients even if you came before them. Disgusting I didn’t know what dry scalp was before visiting her.

Jennifer 7 I went for a color and wash an set, the lady did a good job with listening to me when I told her what an how I want my hair done. After being under the dryer and blowing out my hair and roots, my hair came out pretty good. Especially me having a Bob hair doo. My hair length is 10 inches ( meaning its in a Bob hair doo)

Nancy Pena Well, I would like to start off by saying that these people that work here they’re not organized. They kept me waiting like 2 to 3 hours and the lady kept doing other peoples hair mind you I was there before anyone came in and it’s not one person, taking care of you they want to put like, two people to do the work I’m not going to that ghetto Salon ever again. I just went there to dye my hair and have it washed and styled which was OK but I would not recommend this place very unprofessional. All they do is talk all day and that’s all you hear them talking talking and they take that time to get that work done .

Estrella De Dios I waited 2 hours to wash my hair, when it was time to comb my hair they told me that I had to keep waiting because the clients who had been with them for months had priority and that it was not in order of arrival. I was there from 3pm to 7pm and in the end I had to leave. It looks like a disco, they drink beer and they have colored lights on the ceiling and they turn them on and off the regular light to highlight the colored lights. The music is unbearable. You can barely communicate with another person. They are not professionals.

Jam Mejía I dont like to put a price on other peoples work, but the woman who did my nails for something simple charged me 50 dollars and the paint came off the first time I scrubbed it and it was supposedly gel. I love the girl who did my feet but the nail girl doesnt know how to do it and charges too much. I dont recommend it

Muhammed Coleman The owner is impatient. My wife came to dye her hair, trusting the journey of going blonde. The kids ownwer said it would take a year. A year into the journey, she’s not blonde but macaroni yellow. She refused to do her hair any more. Every time we came, her prices changed, and then she began to refuse services and had a terrible Attitude. She only good for wash and sets.

ARLENE BUCHANAN Every time I leave, I look and feel like a million bucks! They always do a great job with my hair. As a natural gal, its nice to go straight and not worry about chemicals in my hair. Not everyone can do an impressive blowout.

Egypt Malaysia Last year I was in dying need of finding a good hairdresser because I was tired of dealing with my own hair, and my friend mentioned Miss Kizzy who has done her friends hair for a while and I’m so happy for the recommendation. I never really ever got my hair done because it’s either painful or I don’t like them or the way they handle my hair as a whole but Miss Kizzy is the absolute best! Such a sweet lady. Very entertaining, makes you feel comfortable, beyond AFFORDABLE, and you can tell she is very dedicated to her clients and takes her work very seriously. Also this has been the longest my hair has been. Coming across a hairstylist as such these days are very hard to find. Even when I move in a few months I will take that 2-3 hour drive to her! ❤️ Loyal customer!

Even with me hovering over the washing and styling station they were very nice and gentle with my daughters 4c hair. She was happy with her hair and loved the experience. We will definitely be returning.

PSILU Nani and staff are nice but everyone there doesnt have the same training especially with heat styling. The person that did my hair used no protection at any point (roller set, blow dry or flatiron). Nani stepped in and thankfully did use protection spray, but the damage was done and when my hair was done it smelled slightly burned. Its been years since Ive gotten a blow out and now after washing my hair and seeing stringy strands Im really sorry I did. I feel even worse for the young lady that was styled before me (prepping for prom). Her hair hardly moved after the triple heat...it was crispy straight! Basically if the owner cant do your hair leave OR be ready to speak up and micro manage whoever does (especially if you have fine hair).
