Walker Nicole (Ind. Paparazzi Consultant) I have been doing to the Beauty Bar for a few years now. I’ve had my brows waxed and tinted, facial, and makeup done. Most recently I had Microblading done. I’m always impressed by her work. She’s a perfectionist and takes pride in providing top notch service to her clients. I don’t want anyone else touching my brows! Appointments are always private and personalized so I feel comfortable in the shop. Appointments can be made online which is really helpful in this busy world. I highly recommend for all of your beauty needs!

Chanel Price The first time I ever got my makeup done was by chantille which was several years ago. It turned out amazing, not only was she very professional, she was very organized, she went over everything step by step and she matched up the makeup with my complexion perfect. I also got my eyebrows done by her several times and when I say she did an excellent job that’s an understatement. I always recommend her to people because she’s amazing at what she does!

Tamara Chambers I got a facial with dermaplaning and it was amazing!! My skin can be really sensitive so I loved that all natural products were used, and everything smelled great. I’ve had dermaplaning before and felt nervous having someone scratch at my face, but Chantill’e made the experience relaxing. When I tell you I left with a new face!!! Writing this a couple days after the procedure, I also feel results of the procedure have lasted longer than with other facials I’ve had before.

Ieisha Goldsmith I went to Mya for a wash, condition, and pin curls all over. She asked me did I want my hair cut I said No. I told her just tapper my neck, next thing I know the lady gave me the boosie badazz fade. She was too busy on the phone and not paying attention to what she was doing. That’s unprofessional being on the phone while conducting business. Then said if I don’t like the cut I didn’t have to pay for it. I knew I wasn’t going to like it cause it was a buzz cut. She apologized Then said, “you know one thing about hair it’s going to grow back”.That’s not the point, you did the complete opposite of what I said. It was nothing close to the style.

xixi liu My second time back & loved it as much as my first experience! I had Alex do my haircut as I saw compliments of her through other reviews and I’m so pleased with the results! Alex was very attentive with me & suggested their Demi session for my hair in order to tone it back to my natural color. I left again with even more confidence because of their service, they never disappoint!

Marissa B Alex made me feel so comfortable as this was my first haircut in several years and I was nervous. She also didn’t cut too much off- this is the first haircut I’ve ever gotten where I didn’t feel sad after and instead felt super confident lol! Will continue going to her!

Laura Floss-Wilson I had a deva cut with Loretta yesterday. I have been looking for a salon closer to my home that specialize in textured hair. mine is more of a wavy/curly combo. Loretta was kind and kept the length and lightened the load a bit by layering. she went in all different directions since I told her I do different parts (depends on my mood or what it want to do), and she made sure it all fell in a nice way for middle and side parts. her attention to detail was ✨️chefs kiss✨️. she mentioned that there are others there that specializes in it as well, so if theres ever a date and time that doesnt align with hers, others are available. I have found my new salon! ☺️

Angie Barlow My experience was terrible I had hair down to my lower back told her I wanted a trim and layers ended up with my hair up to my shoulders with no layers and an uneven hair cut and dont even get me started with her fixing my roots to blonde literally came out looking worse would not recommend! First pic before then after and last pic is what the cut was supposed to look like!!!

May Santos I was at the salon years ago when they first opened. I brought in a picture of the haircut I wanted and I thought they could not mess it up. Well was I wrong. I left the salon with something similar to a mullet. A few months ago I decided I would give them a second chance and purchased a Groupon for teeth whitening. I scheduled an appointment and arrived there a few minutes ahead of time. The receptionist told me that Nicole had not arrived yet and asked me to wait, which is fine if it wasnt for the fact that there was a wedding party going on and there was no where to seat; so I waited in my car until Nicole got there. She was running late and at this point I was already irritated. She tried to be nice but it felt very forced. I walked into a room where I was asked to seat on a pedicure chair for my teeth whitening; 20 minutes goes by and she comes back to show me that there was no difference whatsoever to the shade of my teeth, well my gums were white and in pain. Overall I had a terrible experience and I will never go back. And I will make sure no one I know goes there. Waste of money and unprofessional staff.

Mary Molly Shea I had an excellent experience at Ciao Bella. Christina did a beautiful job on my cut and highlights ( which is not easy with extremely curly hair). I found the salon to be modern and updated. I have also gotten my services by the other stylists when Christina was booked and always left pleased. Give this local salon a try. You wont be unhappy!

Anna Vdovyuk Kelly is absolutely great! I do not trust anyone with my brows but Kelly!! She really listens to your needs and has you leaving looking better than ever before!

Ariel Robles I’ve been coming here for at least a year now and Stephanie does such a great job at waxing and really wants to make sure you get exactly what you’re looking for! I’ve done my eyebrows, sideburns, Brazilian and arm pits. She’s amazing at it all! I recently came here and got my lashes done by Kelly for my wedding and they lasted all through out my honey moon and looked SO beautiful and natural. Highly recommend coming here!!!

T Davis Ive passed this building dozens of times without realizing The Beauty Pro was here. I called to inquire about eyebrow waxing and Kelly was able to get me in that day. She was very nice and I was in and out in no time. My brows look great!

Louis Padilla Maya always does an amazing job. I’ve been getting my hair done by her since June 2019, and she truly knows what she’s doing. Every time, I’m completely satisfied with how my style turns out. I can show her a picture of what I want, and it comes out exactly the same—if not even better. Whether it’s braids or twists, the results are always neat and clean.

antonio wells Does amazing work and does it quick. I remember the first time I went to her she told me she was done and I was shook. Everything was perfect and they still looked amazing 2 weeks later. I tell EVERYONE I hear and see to go here or at least check out her website for services. 10/10 amazing work and good prices for the quality of service. Shop experience was enjoyable

Clarissa Torres-Marrero I absolutely love getting my hair done by the owner Marc, I’ve gotten keratin treatments, cuts, hair dyed and he has mastered every look. I would never want to go anywhere else. He is very polite, made me feel at home, he did exactly what I wanted without an inspiration picture. The new location is absolutely stunning very high class , high end products and quality. I would also say his staff is so welcoming, it was nothing but smiles. I would book with any of them if Marc was not available because I know this salon has integrity of giving every client an amazing experience.

Aracelis Camacho Marc is an amazing styling. I have been a client since he was still in school, my curly hair was so damaged due to coloring but with patience , his work and his recommendations i got my curls exactly where i envisioned them. I moved states but still kept him as my stylist, i rather wait to go to Buffalo than have someone else do my hair. On top of it all he did my hair and makeup for my wedding and hair for my baby shower!!!

Tara Halliwell-Kemp, DDS, MD Ask for Shannon!!! The pink and white nail photo was from previous time & photo was taken just 4 days after!! Total disappointment as my nails did not look good on my birthday at the place was closed the two days before. Went in today and Shannon did a great job and they feel better- not too thick or stuck to my skin.

Brenda Kowalski Let me start by saying that the staff was very friendly. I dont normally write reviews good or bad but sadly this was probably the worst hair cut Ive had in my 37 yrs. All I wanted was a one length all around bob right below my chin. It was SO uneven, I dont even know how someone would allow me to walk out like that. The girl was so nice so I feel bad but I basically left with a mullet which I had even told her that it was uneven and the back had to be cut more. I thought she did, although I wasnt even shown the back of it before leaving. There were chunks of hair longer than the other in multiple spots that werent even cut. They didnt even put hair product in my hair before drying which I found odd as well. The other thing is that they dont allow you to tip on your card which should be told over the phone when making the appt as most people dont carry cash on them these days and usually can on a card. They have an atm there which charges you a fee AND they seem to disappear when you need to ask for change cause I dont want to tip 20 on a bad haircut but still do as a service performed and the stylist was friendly. No I did not contact them to have this fixed because I dont want them touching my hair again. Maybe she had an off day, I dont know. Im sure there are good stylists there just not this time for me. I ended up having my boyfriend fix it are did a better job and he doesnt even do hair.

N.Rivera Capello salon on Franklin Street Buffalo New York was the best experience, it was my first time at this location with Capello Salon. After I had went to capellos salon on Transit Road in the Delaware hotel and was given a very bad experience, the staff at the capello salon in the Delaware hotel did not give me a good experience. When I made the appointment a few days ago they did not advise me of what I would prefer to have a male or female for my massage. So when the massage therapist came it was a male. I asked if I can have a female instead I was told that no other staff was available. My experience with this location was very poorly. I looked for another location and found the downtown location which was a very helpful very welcoming experience, my experience at this location was amazing the staff was great and the owner/ manager Lisa was amazing and she gave me the best and made up for what the other location did to me.

Stephanie C. Bryant Duchess is the only cosmotoligist I will allow in my hair. She has been doing my hair designs since 1985 and never gone wrong in her profession. My hair is healthy, long and easily manageable because of Duchess. She is dependable, professional and willing to work with making appointments. But remember she is established with regulars like me who have been with her for years! Her loyal customers. The spot is clean and very comfortable while waiting to be seen.

Shantelle Smith Hair Concepts by Duchess is the ABSOLUTE BEST hair salon. Today was my first time going to them and I didnt even have an appointment but she made time for me. The service was impeccable and not only is she professional but also knowledgeable with what shes doing. Her assistant did a great job as well and my hair came out beautifully. As I was walking out the door Duchess gave me a hug and said welcome to the family. Thanks Duchess!!

Celeste Douglas-Robinson I have been a customer of Hair Concepts for over 6 years & can just kick myself for not being inquisitive early on on what this establishment had to offer. This sistah in business is very caring on what your needs are and what she can do for you to help you look beautiful, she is always educating herself on the latest trends but is a truly a traditionalist. I just love that she is right in my neighbor, shes a no nonsense entrepreneur and shell do all that she can to help your hair get right if its anyway possible, by the way, she has been known to do the impossible as well on the dead or alive.

Sherrise Seitz Tracy is amazing! I have tried several different stylists over the years but never was fully satisfied. I gave her a general description of what I wanted. I got a short cut, color and styled. Tracy not only met my expectations, she exceeded them!!! I’m so happy with my new look, and I get a lot of compliments. I will never go anywhere else!

Destiny East Ive been a client for over 4 years and would not trust my haircare to anyone else. My hair is healthy and I get so many compliments on the styling. The salon is professional and I never have that "long" salon wait. Tracey absolutely values each clients time. Its no secret I love Clairabella Salon!

Tracy Brown My daughter gets her hair styled by Tracey. Awesome stylist. Her latest style is highlights and it turned out fabulous. If you currently don’t have a stylist, look up Tracey, you won’t be disappointed.

Terri-An Thompson Made an appointment here to get my locs done. Initially the person who was supposed to do it cancelled in a very unprofessional manner but the owner Rose handled the situation very well and came in on her day off just to do my hair. She is very client oriented and wants to make sure your hair gets what it needs. She did an amazing job with my hair. Ill definitely go back.

BechieLee French Got my hair done today! Rose answered all my questions (never had it done professionally before). She let me know when she had someone available around my schedule. Evelyn was wonderful, Ann & Hanna were great. Conversations and laughter made the time go by faster. And OMG my hair came out lovely! I would definitely recommend them.

Julie Ducato Super clean and professional!! Roseanne always does my hair and never disappoints. I have super thin and fine hair which can be difficult to work with but she always finds a way to add volume. I’ve been going to her my entire life and I don’t plan on ever leaving. Rela Scott Asked for my ends to be trimmed no flat irons just roller set. She took the rollers out and said too late for a trim and got an attitude and charged 60 just for a wash and rollers under the damn dryer

Monica Brown Ramos I had an excellent experience! They were extremely professional and recommended a deep conditioning treatment which made my previously dry hair soft and shiny. The blow out and straightening was the best Ive ever had. They are extremely knowledgable and make sure you are 100% happy with the results by the end. Cant wait to go again!

Clarisse Hayes This is the one place I go to get my hair cut and/or trimmed as well as a nice blow out to track my hair growth. I am never ever disappointed. Each of the ladies are comfortable with my hair type and have 0 problems carrying out any of my requests. Very affordable, satisfactory service.

Olivia Mullen I go here for all my beauty needs. Krista is amazing doing hair color, nails, and blowouts she is speedy and efficient. Molly who did my spray tan is also so amazing and made it a wonderful experience. I would recommend anyone to Bflo Beuaty Bar!!! I also love that it is woman-owned. :)

selita namwinga The young lady is very personable , polite and respectful. But her work is sloppy. I had a frontal done for my wedding. The weave itself was well done but the lace did not look finished or natural. For my wedding I masked the lace with makeup to me it look less unnatural. Less than a week after my wedding the glue was showing and the lace was coming off. I called the owner of the salon to schedule an appointment to fix the lace. She scheduled me on a Monday when her store is closed. Not knowing this I call her 15 mins before the appointment. Phone rang until voicemail. When I called again it went straight to voicemail. I text her and she never responded. I get to the store, its locked up and the lights are off (I never got an apology or explanation) I had to spend an extra $100 at another salon to fix the lace. Fast forward I schedule an appt to remove the lace and have a hair treatment done. Provided she was busy...She did not put a cap over me to prevent excess water running on my clothes. She used a damp towel to cover my shoulders. She goes on to use the same towel to dry my hair. By the time she got to drying my hair the sweatshirt I was wearing was wet and I was cold (we are in January). She blew dry my hair but it was not dry completely which made me even colder. Disappointed with my whole experience!

Tony Work I came in once by myself to have my hair cut. The ladies were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! So I decided to bring my step son in and got another cut myself... I will NOT go anywhere else to get my cuts now. Amazing cuts, amazing service.
