They made me feel comfortable and were able to take care of my emergency immediately. Dr. Donovan and her team made sure that I was informed about the whole process and continuously checked to ensure I was okay.

Anthony Urban From the moment you walk in to Rifkin dental you notice how clean the facility is. You are greeted by Tiffany, Bree, or Amanda with a big smile and a hello. Everyone is very friendly. The dental assistants and hygienists are also friendly and very knowledgeable. Dr Allison is excellent, she explains everything and included me in all decisions. She is also very gentle. I needed medical clearance to have work done, and also had to see a surgeon for an extraction. They recommended a great oral surgeon as well. Bree went above and beyond getting me cleared for dental work, and with the surgeon playing phone tag with my dr’s and myself. But everything was handled as fast as possible. I have a unique situation and schedule, and they work with me to make sure I am seen. I also had Dr Donovan for an adjustment. She also explains everything and is very friendly too. Dr Martyniak is great and friendly. I am very happy I found Rifkin dental they make going to the dentist easier and they all are very professional.

Colleen Carlson From the moment I stepped inside I knew this was going to be a great experience! Everyone is so kind and personable! But when you can give 5 stars for a deep cleaning you know the place is incredible! Isabella was the best hygienist I have worked with. I didn’t need any shots, she just used a topical and I felt hardly any pain. I Didn’t even feel any debris in my mouth or on my tongue she was so good at cleaning. I am headed back tomorrow to get the lowdown on my braces and I’m very excited about it. I know everything is going to go very smoothly. I’m so happy I found them on google! I have convinced my whole family to switch to this practice!

Luu flowers They treated me extra special. I started at the reception desk, very friendly, and then the doctor treated me. He was very empathetic. There are no words to describe how they were reassuring their patients. The prices are also very humane, considering the values.

Lucie Mosny I was having slight discomfort with my implant, I called the office and there was no availability. I spoke to Katerina, who said she would call me if any openings occurred. The very next morning at 8 AM…I heard from her and thank goodness I did! She fit me in that day and I was seen by my dentist, Dr Ayuko and his wonderful assistant, Jessica. Turns out there was an infection and he was able to help fix the issue. They made me feel so comfortable and showed such care and concern about me. Leaving the office I was checked out by Kathleen, who made it a priority that I’d be seen the following week and scheduled the appointment during my availability. I can’t thank these four people enough for taking such good care of me!!

Kyle Franco Dr Kim and James were amazing. They both have a way about them that makes you know that you’re in good hands. Dr Kim saved two of my teeth where other dentist would have just pulled them. I’m grateful to finally have found a team that actually cares about their patients instead of a lot of greedy practices out there that don’t give a damn and only care about making money. . Young Goats This review is regarding the Oral Surgeon I was seated anxious to have the procedure done. He was telling his staff to hurry up and I felt uncomfortable. I was having sedation and it wasnt done correctly. I was half awake/drugged and had pain during the procedure and unable to communicate. I had to go back one more time (unfortunately), I stayed awake this time. A man held my head, I had a block put in my mouth and again I had pain during the procedure with no way to communicate. The work needs to be re-done and I will be going to another surgeon and losing a significant amount of money. I just cannot put myself through any further pain and trauma. Note: I did call the office 4 times to talk about this and my calls were not returned.

Eileen Paradiso Had my teeth cleaned today - usually hate this but today it was a different and much better experience- Susan was very knowledgeable and made the process painless and took her time explaining the procedure- answering all my questions and made suggestions to help better maintain my teeth. Cheryl Fladung JUST WOW! I honestly never thought I’d experience such a wonderful visit to the dentist. All staff members (including the front desk personnel) were so welcoming and friendly. The dentist and hygienist were assuring and explained everything very well. One portion of my visit was not covered by my insurance, and they gave me the cost and asked if it was ok before proceeding with the additional work. I am very pleased with my experience and look forward to future visits. I DEFINITELY recommend this practice!

Dominique Came here from Dutchess county for 3 of my children. Front desk is rude but rest of the staff is pleasant. Especially the hygienist, she was wonderful with my kids and made the appointment fly by! I wish I knew her name, but they should have better receptionists.

However, the staff at Rifkin in Carmel truly provided a sense of comfort when I was in a lot of pain and very anxious. They got me in right away for a consultation and almost immediately for a procedure. Dr. K is amazing. She is warm, compassionate, and knows what shes doing. She and the assistant Sarah kept me informed and comfortable during my procedure, and because of them, I will be back. I cannot recommend this practice enough for dental needs.

Joe Savio Hi, I went to this dentist Dr. Patel for a consult apparently I need a root canal prior to getting a cap and a crown. So I happen to be with a walker because of a sciatic nerve issue and clearly I am uncomfortable and in pain otherwise as it’s pretty apparent. My appointment was at 1 o’clock. They handed me paperwork to fill out probably seven pages and then asked me to sit down that I would be called in shortly. I don’t mind waiting 15 minutes honestly, I don’t mind waiting half an hour because you never know why they were busier than normal. Anyway, 30 minutes goes by. And nothing I’m sitting there in the waiting room waiting to be called in for service. I said to myself OK I’ll wait 15 more minutes. Well, one hour and 15 minutes later I get up and I said to the receptionist, thatI can’t wait anymore. I’ve been waiting one hour and 15 minutes and have not been called in. Please give me back my paperwork that I filled out because I have private information on their Social Security number, and Medical information that is private. She said to me well your appointment was at 2 PM, I said no my appointment was at 1:15pm and I got here 10 minutes before that because I figured I’d have to fill out paperwork. I’ve been waiting one hour and 15 minutes and no one has the courtesy to tell me anything, to acknowledge the fact that I’m waiting there like an idiot. Especially with a walker. She said to me…we will reschedule you and I said no you will not reschedule me. I’ll go to a dentist to is courteous of his patients. When I asked her for my paperwork, she said to me well that’s ours now I said no it’s not yours. It’s mine!! This personal information on there. She goes well. I’ll shred it. I said no you won’t shred it. You’ll hand it to me. She said well it’s in the computer anyway, so I said to her, Delete it from your computer because it’s ridiculous that I’ve had to wait one hour and 15 minutes and nobody said anything to me. I don’t know if Dr. Patel is a good dentist or not because I didn’t have the pleasure or displeasure of a visit because of the above. But the staff should have said… hey excuse me we’re shorthanded. Or that they had an emergency, something to acknowledge the fact of me Sitting there like an idiot for an hour and 15 minutes. They didn’t do that and they should have at 30 minutes somebody should’ve said… excuse me we’re having an issue. Can you wait another 10 minutes or 15 minutes or it’s gonna be 30 minutes. At that point it would be up to me whether or not I wanna wait or I want to leave. So yeah, one star because I have to it would be zero stars because of how they handled a prospective Patient. No, I would definitely not recommend this office. Unless of course you feel like being ignored for an hour and 15 minutes or more. And then they have the nerve to send me a text and they want a review. Well, here it is.

Christy Miller Dental hygienist Tracey was amazing with my daughter who has a disability. Tracey used a combination of humor and matter of fact, easy to understand directions to help my daughter through the whole process. She was both caring and professional. Dr Doyle also had a letter of fact, non-judgemental manner in discussing my daughter’s needs for treatment. Highly recommend for anyone!
