In the hallway while you are waiting to be taken you are sitting in the comfortable chair and watching a comedy played on the TV. Today I had a routine cleaning done by Jackline. She was very thorough, courteous and professional. I did not feel any pain at all. At the end of the cleaning I am usually seen by a doctor Joseph Cipriano, he always greeting you with a big smile, asking you if anything is bothering you or if you have any questions and makes you feel like you are part of their family! I truly appreciate my dentist and I recommend him and his office to all my friends and relatives. Thank you for being awesome doc!

Charles Tracy Dr. Hoffman and his staff were very professional and courteous at all times. Through extraction and implant procedures everything went well and I was made aware of everything that was being done and what to expect. The best part was that there was virtually no discomfort throughout.

I came in for an evaluation on Tuesday, got an X-ray done, and originally planned to wait until after finals to have my wisdom teeth removed. But the pain hit hard over the past couple of days, so I called yesterday—and they managed to get me in for the procedure today. Four wisdom teeth out, just like that, all finished under an hour. Everything went incredibly smoothly. Setting up the appointment was quick and easy, and everyone I interacted with—from the front desk to the surgical team—were super kind and patient. No attitude, no stress, just genuinely kind and helpful people. Dr. Goodenough explained the procedure clearly and answered all my questions with ease. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience

Laura Sundquist Dr. Hoffman is an amazing oral surgeon! I have been going to him for the past 20 years. Needless to say he has done many surgeries on my mouth. There has not been one surgery that I had that I had any major pain, some slight discomfort. He is always made himself available for an emergency visit. His staff is also amazing! Especially Maryellen, she goes above and beyond to get me an appointment and if she says she will call you back…she does! You also don’t sit for hours on end to see the doctor. I highly recommended him and his staff!

Martin Czerwczak I’ve had a wonderful experience with this dental clinic since my first visit. Appointments are usually available, front desk staff are pleasant and knowledgeable about insurance issues, wait time is practically none, doctor Tkachuk is professional, knowledgable and as gentle as I believe he can be with procedures. I’ve had roughly 6 cavities filled with him so far and recently returned for my final cavity filling and pain in my gums/tooth. The cause for the pain was immediately identified and solved. Teeth cleaning was also flawless, I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone.

Let me just say I’m super sentsitive and very picky when it comes to choosing a dentist lol . … so I called to make an appointment and they accommodated me very quickly . Easy check in , clean office & latest technology. Receptionist were helpful and nice , Xray tech was also nice and quick with the process . The hygienist gave me the best cleaning ever and She was very thorough . Then I met with the Doc Ganna , she was sweet and very knowledgeable. Im super sensitive and have tons to get done but I’m confident and comfortable with the team . so glad I found this gem of an office . Great experience here today :) thanks ladies !!

Reception is consistently greeting you with a smile, always kind and helpful in regards to making an appointment and will even call you if there is an available appointment sooner which I always appreciate. The hygienist and assistants are wonderful and of course both of the dentists here are professional, kind, gentle and will even follow up the next day with you to see how you’re feeling when you get a procedure done. You can see either dentist here because they both provide excellent care. How many other offices can you say actually makes sure their patients care is priority. I have switched my family over to this dentist (including two kids) because they really are that great.

I remember telling Dr. Shtarkman about a medication my physician was asking me to start. He was concerned about a frequent side effect of the drug whereby your jaw bone structure could be seriously compromised. Dr. Shtarkman took such an interest in me that he called my physician to discuss his concerns. After the conversation, my physician withdrew his recommendation and I never took the medication. All I can say it is a wonderful experience going to the dentist…. And who can ever say that! You will never be sorry going to this group. They are ALL wonderful! P.S. I have never felt pain …. not even from the numbing needle. I don’t know how they do it but they do.

I’ve been hopping around dentists for a while and just really haven’t found one that kind and understanding and didn’t guilt me for my fear of the dentist. I saw Dr. Circosta for a next day appointment after having some pain and was so anxious because past dental experiences have just resulted in me avoiding the dentist altogether. I got there and he and his office staff were just so lovely and understanding. Plan on going back to him for some cosmetic work and a cleaning soon! So glad I found someone close to home!!

Alex Kosicki I first saw Dr. Hecht almost 26 years ago when I was in desperate need for full dental care. He saw me abd explained everything to me and even went above and beyond, to ensure I felt safe and worry free. 26 years later, I now have implants from another place but Dr. Hecht is one dentist Ill always remember. If I get some money in place Id see him again but I am also no longer in Staten Island, either. If I was there, hed be my dentist 100%. He is one of the best in the country! He is great. Youll be perfectly fine in under his care.

Ryan Dr Hect makes the dentist a pleasure. Ive been using him for several years now and the level of care is wonderful. The receptionist is well versed in all that goes on there and is able to answer any of your concerns quickly. Making appointments and reminders make it easy to stay on top of things. Dr. Hect is a personable guy and explains what hes doing the entire way. I utilize their sedation services and I couldnt be happier and feel safer. It can be a little unsettling being induced to twilight but the Dr and his knowledgeable and empathetic staff make it a comfortable experience. I couldnt be happier with my Dentist.

Rade Obradovic So here’s my story! I broke my tooth eating an onion and my general Dentist extracted it and left a big ole hole in my head. I found Dr. Stein from the accredited dentist search because I knew I didn’t want an implant that looked like an implant. Iykyk. What Dr. Stein did was magic/art. You can see that all of the years of experience and desired to get it just right show in the after photo! The best part, I never felt any pain or discomfort. 10/10 would come back.

Angie I came to this office after 2 failed attempts for a root canal at 2 other offices on the island. Dr Rhee was the man who was able to start and complete the root canal on my daughter who suffers from severe Anxiety disorder. It does help that Dr Rhee knows how to administer the correct medicine and how to take his patients. Other doctors did not know how to add and were mean to her disorder and not compassionate. Not at this office. The ENTIRE staff from the front desk to his assistant were so kind and gentle. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for them and how they took care of my daughter. Richard Janucik My all life WORST experience I ever had in a dental office. Dr Brenman warned me he has only 15 min because he is going to lunch to make my mind quickly if I decide to my tooth to be pulled out or not. In rush he did not wait until anesthesia start working. In pain and me almost screaming he did not stop and finished, left in rush to his lunch leaving me with a new as I found out attendant. My mouth FULL of blood . My suppose to be gone tooth kept hurting thru the whole week. I went to my regular dentist and found out he pulled only half of my tooth, the other half was visible sticking out. I went thru two unnecessary surgical procedure to remove remaining remnants of tooth. Almost two weeks of suffering and spending a lot of money dr Brenman did not even offer me any apology. I have had some dental surgical procedures before and know extend of what is normal pain. WORST ever experience in my in my 75 years of age.
