Roberto Salamanca Poor communication, almost none. I received a letter of cancelation on home insurance even after house made inspection great. I called several times and finally was able to get someone on the phone who was not helpful at all. I told Christine I needed some sort af results on how to handle the situation before deadline. I told her I needed to know so I can take action and look for another company if needed, her a seer was " if that what you prefer to do I understand ! Is insane how after so many years, 3 vehicles and couple of houses thus is the way they show appreciation to your loyalty And yes, I will get another company. Thanks!

Catgy Worse car insurance I’ve EVER had!!!! NEVER calls back/communicates when you have a claim. VERY CHEAP when it comes to your repairs !! Took them months to adjust my claim and still got it wrong! I’d never get this insurance again !!! Update!! Instead of helping the customer they’ve decided to investigate my claim because I’ve left a negative review! That’s the quickest they’ve worked my entire claim Is when it’s beneficial to them !

Kelly Sauders I’ve been a customer since 1997. Had an accident 7/23 (rear ended by a tractor trailer) and am still waiting to hear the decision on my car. Over $32k in damage and the shop believes it’s totaled. The communication from Amica has been atrocious. My assigned claims rep won’t return calls. I can’t even easily get a supervisor on the line. They also botched the tow (from PA back to NY) due to poor communication with their preferred outside company. I’m furious and will be shopping for a new carrier after this. Past customer service was usually excellent. This is awful beyond words and unacceptable.

Jack Aversa Tammy clearly explained recommended coverage updates to our auto insurance and how to save by taking a defensive driving course and where it could be taken online. She also explained that we would need to transfer our homeowners policy after reconstruction begins (house was damaged beyond repair by a huge pine tree 1 year ago during a severe thunderstorm and hail storm).

Any time I’ve had questions or concerns the team was always prompt and pleasant! I loved the experience so much I stayed with State Farm while relocating to another state. She was completely rude and extremely un professional and acted as if I was bothering her because it was close to them closing an she actually stated to me that " I dont know if I get around to it im closing" in the nastiest tone ever and actually hung up on me, I was shocked my jaw was on the ground and it completely ruined my evening. Beware of this person.
