Do not pay them your monthly payment they hold on to them and it cost me to have to change insurance companies because they wanted me to pay my premiums in full at the beginning of the year because Debbie Geraci holds on to your money and if that wasnt bad enough she never canceled the policy and I was sent to collection. She is a Liar do not trust anything she says because it’s not true. She does not follow up on anything. She said that she was in touch with the insurance company for a month. She was telling me that she had called them and canceled the policy and she never did. It wasn’t until I called and fixed it. She’s a thief, incompetent, unprofessional. I hope the Attorney General’s office sees this because they need to investigate their activities!
