As an executive with a large local dealership and F&I training company, we have sent hundreds of customers to Craig over the years. However, I can assure you that we will never suggest Craig to customers ever again.

David Yanz The Woodbury Insurance Agency has (2) very competent and friendly insurance agents in the office on most days. Irene and Kim have given me excellent service over the many years that I have been working with them. They are always willing to go the extra mile for you in helping, and explaining any questions. To be honest, they are probably the main reason that I have remained with Allstate, and a customer of this agency. Good, personal service is hard to find these days, but the Woodbury Agency still has it. A 1-800-xxx-xxxx based company and agency does not work for me.

Wayne bansbach We’ve been with All State for almost 50 years. They just raised our insurance Rate $650 a year so we canceled them being in good hands is a bunch of bullshit. Insurance companies are nothing but big rip offs and that’s why America is like it is.

Ken Fettinger Andy was the worst Allstate agent I have ever dealt with. He does NOT return phone calls, has no interest in helping his customers. My policy was not renewed because of an accident which ALLSTATE and NY State Police both assessed as not being my fault. When I called him to further discuss this he never called me back and had his staff call me after leaving 3 messages for HIM. This was after almost 40 years of being insured by Allstate! Andy was the third Allstate agent that I had. The first two were outstanding. The third…TERRIBLE! I am now insured by Progressive which is a breath of fresh air after. Allstate.

sie moore here is a company that gave me a lot of hope at first! they were super responsive and helped me find insurance that on the surface was much more affordable and was potentially saving me a lot of money. then once I agreed and the payments started being taken out, and they were $50+ over the estimate and I wanted to talk about it, they completely ghosted me. I have emailed multiple people from this company and have not heard a thing from them. so now I am paying essentially exactly what I was paying before and cant even talk to someone about my options. dont bother with these people.

ryan kemp Free waste of time! We had an appointment. We got there, the woman said they cancelled the appointment. She explained that "Only one employee here knows how to do stuff, and that person called in sick." Nobody notified us they cancelled the appointment and the employee didnt care even a little. Another customer was there with the same problem. One of the most useless business Ive ever experienced. They give zero effs about customers. If youre not gonna do any work, please dont get a job! It ruins it for the rest of us!
