Anthony Young I am currently represented by your company and I understand that a lot of people dont usually take the time to write a review unless the experience was unsatisfactory and I dont take any personal pleasure in doing such! I have been a customer of yours for a number of years without incident. 2 months ago my vehicle was no longer drivable, so I took it off of the road and canceled the insurance because (shrugs) I had nothing to insure... Yesterday my girlfriend contacted your company because I now have a new vehicle, we were being assisted by diana who pulled the wrong vehicle file, a vehicle I havent had in 6 years or so and charged us a fee, and then abruptly closed and went home without our knowledge... Today we had everything straightened out, or so I thought...when I arrived to sign paperwork and get photos taken of the new vehicle, after all the paperwork was organized diana then told me that because I did not keep paying insurance even though I had nothing to insure, I am now going to have to pay double of what I would have if I kept paying for insurance mind you with nothing to ensure?? Now policies are policies I get that but as a CONSULTANT why wasnt I told this when I canceled because it would be a "no brainer" to keep paying to keep my rate reasonable?? I am a logical person I just dont understand how this is fair and when I asked diana I was told and I quote "we dont have to tell you anything" "if you cancel your insurance, thats your prerogative"!! This is less of a complaint and more of a WARNING!! Keep paying these companies even if theres nothing to insure because if not you will pay dearly after!! I feel I was ignorant to such unfair policies and taken advantage of please help me understand otherwise!!

James Walker Pat Best is the absolute wost! After I informed her that I was canceling my insurace with her company she never submitted the cancelation and in turn charged my BAnk Account and told me tere was nothing she could do. It has litterly taken half my day to get this resolved.
