I’ve gone to the same salon in Pittsford for the past 8 years and every time I ask for a look/color it always comes out brassy and never how I wanted it. Fatimah Sabah Baydaa is my go to whenever I want to change my hair color or get it chemically straightened. Her work is phenomenal and the pricing is very fair. I have gone to BK salon to get my hair colored, straightened (using protein) and cut, and I haven’t ever been disappointed by her work. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Harry asked if he could trim a little before styling, and it made such a difference! Harry is a talented stylist and a very nice man. I felt pretty after leaving his place and received many compliments on my hair at the reception that evening. Although I live more than an hour away, I am considering a trip to Rochester just to have another appointment with him. It would definitely be worth the trip!

Kiefer Schenk I just had my first cut with Neil. He and the cut were both delightful! He immediately made me feel welcomed and got me chatting with him before I sat down. The cut took about half an hour and he gave me precisely what I was looking to have done. I cant speak to everyone else staffed at the salon, but my experience was great. Highly recommended!

Ben Harry is a longtime family friend and one of the nicest and kindest people that I know. Beyond that he is a top-notch stylist I have been going to him for over 25 years and he always provides me with a great haircut and a great time when Im there with him. If you are loyal customer who likes loyal business owners this is your place. His salon has become like a family environment, and it is not just Harry but his entire staff, which is what I look for in all the businesses that I go to. I want somewhere where people know and care about me and I know and care about them and that is something Harry has provided for me for a long time. I would recommend Harrys Salon to anybody looking for a great haircut and/or stylist whether youre male or female he and all of his staff do a wonderful job and provide a warm and friendly environment for their customers.

Erik Stoneham I go soley for Barber Niel Scmidtt who rents out a room and is not part of the salon. Hes great and would recommend him . The salon staff is VERY friendly and always fun to chat with waiting for Neil or after a hair cut. Very eclectic place.

Kara Johnson Alex and Co is an amazing salon! I always walk away feeling happy & refreshed with my services. Tiffany is absolutely amazing at what she does. My hair always feels great after leaving and I get compliments on my color all the time! Cannot recommend this place enough :). They now offer waxing as well!

Casey Hernandez If you’re looking for a hairdresser that takes the time to understand what you’re looking for, who will go above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied with your hair. Who can teach you the proper way to style and take care of your hair Elena is your girl! She’s been nothing short of amazing every time I sit in her chair. She makes sure you feel comfortable, and relaxed. Their suite is just the cutest little private spot. They offer coffee and other beverages so you can just sit back and relax. And did I mention the scalp massage! One of my favorite parts of getting my hair done is the scalp massage and Elena is the best at it! I’ll be returning until she no longer does hair. 5 stars all around!

Im that girl who asks their stylist to take off dead ends only...less then a centimeter would be ideal...so obnoxious I know but here we are. Lara does exactly what I want and its great. The whole staff is always super friendly and seem really skilled. I hear nothing but positive feed back. They also have a parking lot! Its behind the shop a few houses back from Alexander and its very convenient considering the location.

Just me I drove past the salon one day because my aunt needed a trim. Walked in to find the most welcoming, kindest human, Attilio. We were a walk-in, new customer-did not matter, Attilio accomodated my aunt, who has dementia, made us feel at home, and did a great job with the style my aunt was looking for. Alexandria Holmes I have been going to Lindsay since May of this year. I have always wanted my hair to be either purple or Indigo (a mix of blue and purple) and she went even farther than what I thought I wanted. She is incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, hilarious, and is the best Stylist I have ever had and believe I ever will have. My hair is THICK, like crazy thick, and it took her EIGHT hours the very first time I went but she was consistent the entire time. I am a changed person ever since my first appointment and I always look forward to seeing her, watching her work her fabulous magic, renewing my soul every time. She deserves and earns her rates, I personally have no complaints. This is the One thing I spend on myself every couple months and it absolutely is worth it. M Bachmann If are looking for services for a wedding party, consider looking elsewhere. The stylist I had today, burned my scalp within 3 minutes of me sitting in the chair. She did a half up/half down style that took longer than my friend who had her hair in a full updo. She re-curled my hair more than 8 times, teased my hair after putting loads of hairspray in it, which resulted in her tearing my hair apart. It was a nightmare! Not only that, my hair ended up looking nothing like the picture I showed her. $90 for what? Disappointment?! Im getting married next year and am actually looking for hair services for my bridal party of 8, but due to this experience, I would NEVER consider going here again!
