Valeria Gallegos I’ve been coming to 78th nail place for a couple of years now consistently every two weeks for a gel manicures. I keep coming back because I feel like they actually care about my nail health. When they take off the gel they make sure to soak it off and then are able to gently scrub it off. I am not a fan of the machines used that file nails down because my nails are thin as it is, so this is what helps my nails last. They also let me know when my nails need a break from a manicure. They also are very accommodating to the new colors I would like to try. If they don’t have one, they find the closest color to the one I wanted and help me out by mixing colors (gel) to get the one I want. I love that they also work by appointments. Cecilia, Johanna, and Maria are dedicated to their clients and remember what their preferences for future visits.

D Tro Have been coming to Cecelia for over a year. Wonderful manicures!! We do new designs every time and I was so pleased with this design based on Japanese pottery. She takes her time and doesnt rush you through the manicure.

P. T. This place should not be called a nail salon. If you want basic service that a nail salon should provide, stay away from this place. Starting from the time you call to make an appointment, the tone of the conversation is not good and when it comes time to get my nails done, they will not do what you want. They will only do what they want to do no matter what you ask them to explain why it cant be done. They will get annoyed and irritated with you and use Spanish and English that I cant understand. (I dont blame them for using other languages ​​but I blame them for being rude in explaining their language when they know I cant understand them.) From the nail technicians to the manager and the owner, they dont see this as rude and a problem with the service. I cant believe they treat customers like that. Instead of the owner being more mature than everyone else, but they have the same vision. Its embarrassing. And the nails are not done as beautifully as a standard nail salon should be. I think this place is still in business because its cheap but trust me, stay away from this place. Save your time and money to a better place. Dont waste your time here. Its not worth it.

Kavita I’ve been going to this nail salon for 10+ years. I’ve always gotten quality work. Over the years, their prices just kept increasing and increasing. Owner makes her own prices and doesn’t even have a price menu. They definitely treat you differently when you refuse extra services like pedicures or eyebrow waxing. Also, be careful when sending your family members there that don’t know they’ll rip you off on spa pedicures clearly because these elders don’t know what that is but these employees know who to target. Owner has had a few new employees over the past few months and I’m not sure why she kept tossing me to them and the manicures were horrible! New employees made my fingers bleed and nails came out thick. I had to stop them and switch to another staff member. Due to her increased prices, I decided to soak my nails off, do my own nails, and save the money.

Sushma Kewal Went today for the first time. As everyone else here says. There are no price listings anywhere. A pedicure today was 25 dollars. They do use single use files and buffing blocks so I liked that. They did not use any type of uv sterilization. I saw the lady grab a clipper from a drawer and spray a unlabeled fluid on it. I suppose this was alcohol but cannot confirm. This does not kill fungi. For the convenience not bad but not a fan. Please sterilize your tools and post a price list then I will raise my rating.

Money W I have been going to Josephine for 15 or more years. They did my nails for my wedding. Love them. ❤️ I go every two to three weeks. I am never disappointed. I see all the fancy nails they do, but I like to just keep mine simple. Thank you for 30 years of wonderful service. After 30 years with my nail tech, she retired this year. I have not had my nails done since the outrageous cost of nails is crazy.

Eve Pena Lady Nail & Spa is my new "forever salon"! Until today, Ive never been to a salon that has said, "no problem, we can do that for you" when I showed them a nail design photo. They have a full range of nail design supplies that Ive never seen any other salon carry (or know how to apply properly!) I called ahead on a busy Saturday and was given a time slot 1.5 hours out. The staff is SO friendly and they genuinely seem to love their customers. Because of how happy the techs are to get to know you, the atmosphere at this salon feels so alive! Jessie was my nail tech today and she was just amazing! She is so knowledgeable and skilled. She took one look at my nails, the shape, and the way they grew & she made suggestions on the type of manicure I should get. SHE WAS RIGHT! My nails look so natural and the design is perfect. I will never go to another salon. They even have a membership card where you can accrue points for services- how cool is that?!

Gladys Sandoval I recently moved to the area, Im so happy this place is within walking distance. The place is super clean and nicely decorated. The staff is friendly & accommodating, some technicians are better than others at their trade, but in general the service is great and consistent. I usually get a regular manicure, and the green tea spa pedicure, love it. I tried the cucumber spa pedicure, so yummy, and I tried the gel manicure to go on vacay. Perfection! Did not chip and lasted spotless for the whole week I was traveling. I recently brought my husband for his first pedicure ever, he felt super comfortable and even fell asleep during the massage. He was so relaxed. There was another man getting a manicure. Overall great spot, at great prices. I My only wish is the they feature the latest Essie collection, they have lots of colors but not the latest shades.

Evie Adamou I’ve been coming to Lady Nail & Spa for almost two years now and exclusively go to Jessie. She is very caring and attentive to detail. She always makes sure I leave the salon happy and will go out of her way to make sure her clients are taken care of. I cannot recommend Jessie enough! Always a pleasure to see her and always have an enjoy experience.

Emily did my mani + pedi today- she along with the rest of the team at Bellisima are just decent professional people and a high quality nail salon, attention to detail is paramount, everyone was very kind. Highly recommend this nail salon in this area. Definitely make an appointment and you will not be disappointed. I like that they aren’t overbooked with appointments which speaks to the quality and level of detail in their work. Prices are on point with current market.

Oprah Morales Photos show 3 weeks since they were done! They took me for a last minute appointment and it went well. Christina did a great job with my nails (dip powder) and theyre going strong 3 weeks later with no chip or scratches. She was also kind and understanding. Cash only when I went so bring cash! I just may go back even though its so far from where I live.

miriam jara Kristina was my technician. She was amazing!! She was very informative and loved her advise about nail care. I have never experienced someone to care about my nails and actually advise me in what would be better for my nails. I felt really comfortable and well taken care of. Also, she gave me recommendations about my jammed toe. I was a walk in and she took me in. Luckily there was a cancellation so yay me. I definitely recommend this great, organized and clean nail salon. Last but not least my nails came out so cute! Ps. There are also massage chairs! Which is a ++

Agnes B The lady who did my nails was very sweet but I paid $35 for a pedicure which includes the $2 fee for using card. The amount I paid for was not worth it. When I got home the paint got messed up on my big toe, and I had nail polish all over my skin on my toes. Within days the polish was already chipping off. I got regular, no gel.

Chelsy Dayanna arrived at 11:30 and left by 2:20. The only thing I got done was a pedicure with Tips… It was rushed, but somehow still took two hours and three different people were working on my nails at different times while finishing other clients even though I was there first then they specifically asked me for a tip for each person that worked on my toes knowing I wasn’t satisfied .. still tiptoe, nice people just don’t love my results

Stephanie Franco Got gel tips and a gel pedi done for my upcoming wedding. It was a really relaxing experience during the pedicure and the woman I had did a really good job with my nails. I’m usually afraid to speak up if I have a problem with nails as the nail tech does them, but the nail tech I had was lovely and professional and made me feel comfortable if I wanted a change to my nails. :)

Samantha Concepcion They did my nails fast but at a very big cost. The next day my nails were chipping and one of my nails even ripped off! (These are my natural nails, I got gel) usually gel makes them hard and avoids breakage but in only a day, my whole nail ripped with fresh gel on. Terrible nail salon.

Lucila Morales I felt so disappointed, older Asian lady rushed my nails she did a horrible job I was there for 3 hours 3:30 to 6:40ish I had gel on she wouldn’t soak my gel off she insisted on filing my nails I told her not to use the machine so she stopped but then continued to manually file away. Everytime I would tell her to please not file to allow it time. She continued to comment in her language. When I did my pedicure she could of allowed it the acetone to soak my gel off idk why she didn’t do that. I wish the photos can show how clumpy and horrible my nails look worst $80 bucks I’ve spent I will not be coming back.

Mary Rome Castillo This is my go-to place for my mani-pedi needs. The interiors are modern. The seats are new and the place is always clean. They never forget to place the plastic for the foot spa machine so its hygienic. Above all, the staff are friendly and my nail tech is wonderful and always deliver fantastic results.

Brianna Persaud Kelly has the hands of a god!! I did the 30 min back massage for $38 and I got the jelly pedi with gel polish my total came out to $88 and I gave my own tip. Wonderful experience, and my back feels so much better, thank you Kelly❤️❤️❤️

Yas AlS Never had this happen before but I got a nail infection unfortunately. Whoever did my nails was too rushed and skipped steps - the gel x they use is cheap because one of them basically cracked the next day or two. And she added polish directly on to it without a base layer to start with.

Shelly Ann M. Anson is by far one of the best nail techs I have ever met. Irene also does a wonderful pedicure. I highly recommend this nail salon especially, Anson, his work is always impeccable and flawless. The space is always well kept and clean. They can get a bit busy. I do recommend calling in before going in.

Ariel Jaime Tiffany is someone I’ve been getting my nails from for YEARS! She’s the one I trust with my nails. They are professional, long lasting, and she takes the care of your nails seriously. She makes sure that the goal and the treatment to get there are top priority. She takes the time to get to know what you like! 10/10 would recommend

Savanna Rivas Im surprised the reviews for Annes Nails are not better. I had a gel polish over my acrylic nails done in MA, but the lady did a terrible job and applied the milky, semi sheer gel lacquer on way too thick and it looked uneven and awful. I was dying to get it off all Christmas! I came to Annes and they were friendly and saw me right away. They carefully filed away the gel polish with the nail machine and applied regular Essie polish in Waltz and I couldnt be happier, it was exactly what I needed! It was really inexpensive too. Definitely worth a visit!

Nastassia Mohabir I was a walk in because I decided let me get a pedicure and sns dip powder. While I was getting my pedicure the place first off was very choked up and no cleanliness. As I sat down the lady who did my toes was cleaning my toes and as she was cutting the corner of my toenails but then after she kept digging and digging into the corner of the toenail and my toe started to bleed. I was in extreme pain and when you get a pedicure your suppose to feel relaxed I didn’t at all during this experience. I kept telling her you’re hurting my toe it’s bleeding and it’s paining me. I asked another lady who was the manager if someone else can do it because at this point I’m in pain. I honestly wanted to walk out at this point. She told me no there isn’t any one else. After me asking if there is anyone else the Spanish ladies and herself started to talk shit and she kept saying extra extra charge under her breath. They made me uncomfortable and I just really wanted to walk out. They are very unprofessional and overpriced as well. The other lady who did my hands was very nice and did a good job. The reason why I say it’s overpriced because they charged for gel remover which Is 5.00 and callus remover 8.00 and regular pedicure 28.00 and Sns is about 45.00. Total was 86. I paid in cash plus they charge tax on cash which I don’t get it which came up to 90. So confused I would understand to pay tax on card not cash. I will never go back here and get services from this facility. I paid my money all I wanted to do was to get out there immediately.

cleidy h Happy to have found a nail salon in my neighborhood that is walking distance. Called the day before to make a 6:30 reservation for gel x and pedicure service honestly was surprised they squeezed me in, they did warn me the pedicure might not happen but Bebe made time for me. Me and one other women were there until closing and staff did not rush us out or give us annoyed looks , we were both shocked no one told us they closed?? Staff is very friendly and accommodating it did feel they overbook themselves quite a bit. Bebe left me feeling great:)

Daria Balon Absolutely horrible!! I went in to try it out, and I was extremely disappointed. The service was horrible, waited 2 hours, everybody stares at you like you are an alien, as well as a terrible tone of voice to their customers. I went in for a manicure for me and my sister, absolutely terrible, cuts all over my fingers,as soon as I got home almost all nails were chipped. My sisters eyebrows looked worse than when we came in. Prices and services do not match!! Do not come here!! They ask for a lot of money, charge tax even when you pay cash. Absolutely horrible place. Only come here if you want to be disappointed and have all your money spent on garbage.

Wy C Just got these nails done a few hours ago. First photo - a black dot underneath the top coat. Second photo - shows color already coming off on a corner. Third photo - a cut i got by the nail technician. The rest of the videos show uneven application and spotty top coat. I am speechless, most of the top coat did not cover the entire color polish underneath, some are left out on the side, while some does not extend to the bottom of the nail. The renovation in the store looks nice, but will not be returning due to the lack of skills and the terrible outcome of my nails.

Rena Kitagawa Absolutely love Small Lily and their work! My go-to place for a gel manicures, and I have never left disappointed. Sayuri and her staff are always extremely welcoming and accommodating to whatever style and shape that is requested. They hold for 2-3 weeks which is amazing and I always leave so happy with my nails! Absolutely love this place!

Ellen Cheong Ive been going to Small Lily (not to be confused with Spring Lily) for years. Sayuri (the owner) is lovely and attentive. Her designs are always lovely, and she really takes care of your nails so that they dont chip, break, or crack between appointments. Tai (who is newer) is also wonderful. I highly recommend this salon!

Aniee Sahajalal For the amount of attitude I got from my nail tech, these gel x nails should’ve lasted four weeks!! Not even a full two weeks and I had six of them come off. The painting itself was also lumpy and mediocre but the color was the only thing that made me happy.

Cristina Tapia I got gel dip nails and I had Linda assist me. She was very kind and super attentive. She offered advice and did a great job following the picture I had. It was $65 for a french tip gel powder and I’m very happy with my nails!!! Would recommend.

U I Right after my manicure, my sister and I realized they forgot lots of the cuticle and dead skin and the corners of our nails weren’t painted. One week after, I got some of the most painful hang nails Ive ever gotten in my life and the skin around my nails is still irritated. When I tried to remove the nail polish with a nail polish remover, it stained my nails. Three weeks later, my nails are still stained. I also got a full pomegranate pedicure and the bottoms of my feet were still rough after. The massage and exfoliation were good. The prices weren’t too expensive, but still too much considering the quality of the services.

Lynne Williams Today I decided to go to Four Seasons Nail Spa formerly known as 118 Diva Nail and spa. I was warmly received and welcomed, I asked for a regular pedicure, but they also let me know there were Spa Pedi options too so I went with a Lavender one, it was a bit extra, but I said treat yourself girl. Enno did my pedicure, she was wonderful, very gentle, focused and cared about my overall experience. They do great massages too foot and back. After my awesome pedicure, I decided to soak off my acrylics and go with a natural manicure. Enno did a fantastic job. As I was getting manicure done, the new owner came by and saw me, to my delight is was Ada, one of my favorite people who used to work along with the previous owner. It had been a while since I had seen her and I was so happy to, she always had a friendly and bright spirit and such positive energy and it shows the same in her establishment and her staff thank you Ada. I will be back. Go check them out!

chelsea albrechtsen Absolutely love this salon. Been going here for years. So happy it’s under went some renovation. All desks and pedicure chairs are new. Large selection of colors. And the team is great! Love love love.

Walking in, I was immediately impressed by both the cleanliness of the salon and the friendly welcome from the staff. I wanted a simple but abstract nail design, But the tech didn’t know how to do it but May, the front desk person, was very kind enough to help me get what I want. What made this visit special was the perfect balance of attentiveness and professionalism. My nail tech took time to understand exactly what I was looking for and offered helpful suggestions for the design. Throughout the service, the staff made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The final result is exactly what I wanted - clean, abstract, and beautifully executed. The attention to detail is impressive, from the perfect shaping to the flawless polish application. I especially appreciate how they explained aftercare tips to help maintain the design. The price was reasonable for the quality of service, and the entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable. Ive already booked my next appointment - this place is definitely my new go-to for manicures!

Ji Young Kim Decided to treat myself to a mani pedi and walked in to see if they werent too busy. After talking with the owner, I decided on a regular mani and scrub pedi. The place was so clean, and Joanna took care of me throughout the whole visit. She was so sweet and detailed ensuring that I was happy with the nail shape and color. Would go back and make an appointment with Joanna again ❤️

Jessica St. Croix They overcharge you for the nails everything cost extra GEL MANICURE should include cutting the cuticles and shaping the nails!!! THATS A RIP OFF. The gel fill was $45 PLUS $20 FOR FRENCH ?? $5 CUTICLES $5 SHAPING???!! so $75 for a FILL. $133 dollars total for gel FILL AND GEL PEDI The salon doesn’t clean the pedicure bowls after each customer I had to ask for them to clean it. Doesn’t matter if you are a loyal customer they will still rip you off HAHA ladies go somewhere else this place charges manhattan prices in the hood.

dhiab isha (Jazmíne) I love Jessie and Jane they are my favorite I always leave happy with the work they do! Super sweet treat everyone so nicely. Music makes it a drama free environment such a plus and they always deliver when they ask what you want this time. Wendy Maini Jessie was awesome! I went in with a few problems from my last nail salon, and she kept me from losing my nail! I am definitely going back there. I live in Long Island, and I can go to any salon and park for free, but I will take that trip to Queens and pay for parking to get this great service. Thanks to my daughter, Ive found a nail salon Im happy with! Jessie gets a 2 out of 2!! She did it again! I showed her something I liked, and she altered it to accommodate my shorter nails. Dont sleep on this salon. She is AWESOME!! As you know, I drive in from Long Island, but its sooo worth it. Thanks again Jessie!

Tania Alexandra Every time I have an important event and need to have my nails done, Pink Toes is the place to go. They work with appointments, but sometimes theyll try their best to accommodate you. The owner is very sweet, and their customer service is great. Happy to have them in the neighborhood.

Sana Subba This was my fourth visit to the salon, which took place on a Wednesday for a hard gel manicure. Up until now, I had always been satisfied with their service. I requested an almond nail shape; however, my nails were not shaped as I had asked and ended up looking too humpy. Additionally, the nail technician accidentally cut my pinky finger while buffing, which was quite painful. While I appreciate the effort, I was disappointed with the lack of attention to detail, especially considering I paid over $84, including tips, which did not feel worth it. I hope the salon can improve its service and offer better care for clients in the future.

Alishia Shafiq Got my nails done when I was traveling and for my birthday. These are Gel X Extensions but they dabble all types of manicures you want. The black ones are done by Gloria and I don’t know the name of the other girl who did the French tips, but the staff is really sweet, nice and accommodating. They mingle, and do everything neatly. They even use sanitized equipments, everyone knows their stuff and is great with their work/art, be as complex it is.

Katherin Umana Galeano Walked-in yesterday to this salon for my first time and I can happily say I’ve found my new nail place! I moved to the neighborhood a month ago and tried a different salon that left me dissatisfied. I’m so glad I gave Pink nails a try. They did a great job cleaning my nails and removing cuticles — a part of the manicure that I pay close attention too. Then, the painting (regular polish) came out better than, if not, just as nice as a gel polish would have. I highly recommend Pink nails and can say for sure, I’ll be going back there. P.s. pedicure was just as great and VERY fair pricing!

Juwairiyyah Ubaid Got tips and paid over $80 including tip. Then I left on an international trip a day later. Within 2 days 4 nails started to lift up (you can see my hair for caught under one-I can’t end touch my hair without the nails snagging it) and one nail came off and another broke in half. They’re supposed to last at least 3 weeks. Unacceptable.

Olivia Rajska Pink Nails Spa has the best quality service. The nail artists are quick and efficient with any style you choose and the price points are great! Definitely worth it and makes me keep coming back. I enjoy getting their gel manicures and pedicures and they last!

Una ORegan Honestly, this place was the best place I’ve been to! I think her name is Vicky or something like that and she was amazing! She did beautiful designs and worked easy but hard. It hurt but honestly it was worth it!

Kyra Kennedy Very disappointing. I made an appointment for a Hard Gel Fill. The staff was very unfriendly and rushed to pick a color 3 times even though I had just entered for my appointment and they didn’t give me the color book to look at. I picked chrome and within 24 hours the color had chipped off because the first nail tech did not properly apply any of the products. I went in to get this fixed and it looked much better but now less than a week later the gel polish is already chipping. A real bummer but if you get anything other than regular polish I would avoid.

H Mir Almond, coffin, stiletto, gems, ombré, chrome. They do it all! The best salon in that 3 block radius in Springfield (and I’ve visited every salon). Fei Fei Salon truly tries to accommodate every customer. I don’t have a particular person I go to or request because of the staff are incredibly talented and good at what they do. I always get designs or something unique, and have never been dissatisfied with my nails. I get a hard gel and then always a fill. The pedicures are clean and well-done, with lots of options for spa pedicures as well. This has been my go to nail salon for a year. Also, I got my nails done for all my wedding events here (Shaadi, dolki, mehndi). I usually go in with a few pictures for inspiration and work with the manicurist to come up with something. Sometimes I do appointments, but usually walk ins. Also they are the only salon nearby that is open on a Sunday. It’s so convenient and satisfactory that I’m considering getting my hair cut and massages here as well. I always feel respected and welcome in this place. I used to go to another salon and observed several times that the owner was prioritizing other customers over me and making me wait more than 1 hour for appointments while immediately catering to older White customers. At Fei Fei, I was getting my nails done during the solar eclipse. The manicurist paused her work for me, lent me her glasses so I could go outside and experience the eclipse. They are so friendly, nonjudgmental, and importantly, very professional here. I’ve seen women come in with their children and even small dogs. Overall a welcoming space, which is important since I spend so much time and money there. My only dislike is that there is one guy who does pedicures and I don’t like his work. I avoid him and if he were the only person available for pedicure, I would skip it.

Winnie Huang Made last minute appointment and surprisingly they were open to take me! Ver good customer service. Showed them the picture of the design I kind of wanted and they made the design much cuter and better than the one I wanted! So glad to come here and definitely worth the price! Recommend coming here.

Jennifer I don’t write reviews much, but I am SO impressed with this place. The nail salon I was going to, previously, closed down. I have been struggling to find a place that lives up to my expectations. I am pretty low key with my nails, and I usually just get a regular pedicure once every few months (I get a manicure maybe once a year lol). I went for a pedicure after searching for places near my gym. This place had good reviews so I took a chance. The man who did my nails, Lee, was extremely amazing. He took care of my ingrown nails without me asking. They’ve been bothering me, but I was going to make a podiatrist appointment. He literally fixed the nails and now I am ingrown FREE. I am in disbelief. I have 0 pain there anymore. I usually get the regular pedicures, but I decided to treat myself and got one of the fancier once. He spent almost an hour and a half on my feet! As a teacher on my feet all day I cannot express how relaxed I was. I truly had the most outstanding experience and I cannot wait to go back for another! It was really relaxing. The woman in the front also came around to check in on me and see if I was happy- I was! She was very nice and I am unsure if she’s the owner or not. Either way highly, highly recommend :)

Tiffany I was in the area and called in, they took us as a walk in and we were able to get pedicures at the same time. Everyone was nice , service was quick and friendly. Marlene and Frank did our pedicures . The owner/manager offered and made us coffee during our pedicures . If I’m ever in the area again I will return to this salon. I love that it’s spacious, clean, and modern. For a male pedicure with no polish-just buff & a gel pedicure with no design , my total was $110. Recommendations for improvement: -if there is an upcharge for a certain brand of polish, inform customer before hand. -coat hooks would be convenient -personally I love massage chairs. Their chairs are very nice, stylish chairs but don’t massage and didn’t seem to be adjustable

Christine King As soon as I walked in the door I was amazed at how clean and beautiful this nail salon is. Everybody was so nice from the moment I stepped foot into the salon. Angie did my nails and I can’t begin to explain how amazing her work is down to every little detail. I showed her a picture of the design I wanted and she matched it PERFECTLY. The manager came over to check up on me she was so sweet. I will most definitely be coming back.

Mary Lata Armijos I’ve been coming to this salon for over a year, but I’ve noticed a growing pattern of a lack of transparency when it comes to pricing. During my recent visit, I received a gel pedicure and specifically told Angie that I only wanted acrylic tips on my big toes. When it was time to pay, Angie claimed I had four acrylic tips done—including my middle toes—which is completely false. I didn’t have the time to dispute it as I was in a rush, and the pedicure had already taken a little over two hours. It’s extremely disappointing to experience dishonesty, especially after being a loyal client. Clear communication and upfront pricing are basic expectations, and unfortunately, this isn’t the first time the final amount has felt unclear or inconsistent.
