Clix_boxed45 Clix_boxed45 My favorite place was closed, and honestly, I don’t like having my nails undone for over a month because it makes my feet and toes hurt. I came to this place, which looked very nice, but they seem to be rushed for money and quantity, **NOT** quality. I asked how much it would be for a pedicure and callus removal, and she said $38 — okay. A man attended me, and he put my feet in cold water when it’s supposed to be warm or hot (I come here to relax). He didn’t put anything in the water and started cleaning **without any care**, like he was tired or lazy. They charged me for callus removal, and they didn’t remove anything. He didn’t even clean under the nails; I had to do it myself… horrible work. These people prefer quantity over quality when it comes to their clients. I will never leave Tiffany Nails — women who are honest, honorable, and who dedicate themselves to your feet and hands. $40 wasted, and they still expected a tip? Not in your dreams

Carissa Kellman This was the most pleasant nail salon experience I’ve ever had! I walked in without an appointment and the owner came over to check on me and said they were just expecting one more appointment that I was next. I waited no longer than 15 mins and appreciate that they take care of appointments first! The owner did my nails so well and took her time completely, going over it multiple times, clearly in no rush. It was a very pleasant experience and my nails look great! I will definitely be coming back here! They know how to treat customers!

Mary Ellen Thorgramson I highly recommend Inails Spa. Jay does my nails and she does an amazing job. The shop is immaculate, and the rest of the staff are wonderful. When you walk in they make you feel so welcome. There was a lot of fun and laughter. I highly recommend this place.

Mary Beth Higgins Mani and pedi are decent. Place was empty but we were very rushed- not relaxing. Some staff can be rude- not all but a few- push unwanted services, make comments to one another after asking you a question. It has happened during previous visits as well as my most recent visit. There are so many nicer nail salons in the area- this is ok but not my first choice. It is very clean and pleasant atmosphere but the approach of the staff made for not the best experience.

Helena Kim I had a wonderful experience here! All of the workers were very nice and welcoming as it was my first time visiting this place. This nail salon is clean and well-organized. Their massage was also very relaxing and amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to get pampered! I can’t wait to come back.

Kara Maclaury I have had my nails done in the past and they lasted a lot longer. I had them done on March 4th, well they lasted 4 days and started to chip..so upset. It was a total waste of my time and money.

Dakota Gibson Me and my mom have been going to Kim’s for almost a year now straight for our acrylics and they have done such an amazing job on our nails. The ladies are so nice and understanding, they care about the work they are doing. Unfortunately I’m moving so the green and gold set will be my last with them but the work is amazing. From doing my prom nails, to my engagement nails, and then my wedding nails it’s always amazing work

Lisa Campbell Have been trying to get appt here for months as I received a gift certificate for Christmas.. They keep saying they are under staffed and there are no appointments. They are also not extending the expiration date on their gift certificates as a result of their inability to take appointments. Sounds they are going out of business so DO NOT BUY gift cards from them- total waste of money and borderline corrupt for not offering extension or refund.

Donna Savia I tried Kim”s Nails today for the first time. The service was good and the tech did a good job but I didn’t get a gel mani/pedi but I was charged for it. I got a regular mani pedi with no extras. That’s what I wanted. I was told the tech charged me an extra $20.00 to take polish off my toenails. It was only two toenails. They would have got five stars from me if they didn’t overcharge me for services I didn’t receive. Make sure you know what your bill is going to be before they start!! If I knew they were going to give me funny prices I wouldn’t have been so generous on the tip. I will go back but now I’m wise to their games.
