Giulia Tarraran-Casella: While I have only taken a couple of classes, I can’t get over how much I have enjoyed Kind Cycling. Rachel could not have picked a better name for the studio, as she is truly one of the kindest people I have ever met. She has built an amazing atmosphere, that is warm, welcoming, and inviting. Every class I’ve taken has been challenging and fun, but you’re encouraged to go at your own pace and rest if you have to. The studio is clean, equipped with everything you could ask for, and even has a sauna. Thank you for the experience you’ve created, Rachel!

Oh, you guys are on Google, and she said very rudely, No, were not, and I said Im looking at you guys on Google right now it says "fire within fitness studio" you are, and then she says In such a mean and quite belittling way, "and theres your answer, fitness studio" In fact, I would have asked more about her fitness groups but her personality is Ugly. I dont know how anybody deals with this woman. I spoke to the lady once and I will never speak to her again. I dont care how good her workouts are, if they are. I could never work out or be instructed by someone like that.

Kristen: The PCC is an awesome place for kids and families to hang out and spend time together. The perfect place to go if you want to shoot hoops inside during the cold weather, play foosball, or participate in a group athletic activity. I cant give enough praise to PCC Jim for creating & maintaining a safe space for kids to hang out, and be active year-round for the last 20 years. PCC is also the new voting location for Palmyra Districts 1-3.

I’ve been to several anytime fitness locations across America .. this is by far one of the cleanest and most cared for facilities I’ve experienced. So refreshing… thank you for taking pride in your work and caring for your place. The machines were well maintained and the bathroom/showers were immaculate. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

tom ianniello: Great local gym. I was tired of big gyms like unique and LA, people there have no respect for the gym. The sanctuary keeps things immaculate, and the staff is on top of cleaning. Every machine in this gym is top notch. They all seem like the owner really tried them out before purchasing, they target the specific muscles really well.
