5 /5 Tom Burns: Went to the AAA office to get a PA tour book, however found out they no longer carry the print copies, you have to download the digital version. Facility was very clean and staff friendly and helpful.

2 /5 Timothy Libsack: Broke down on the highway, called and was told no tow trucks avalable in the area. Waited an hour and a half. Was then told to use the ap. I did truck was there in 10 min. Not impressed with customer service.

3 /5 Bon: Well I broke down 50 min from home thank goodness I have plus but it’s going on 1 1/2 hr still waiting for tow truck. Kind of slow for what I pay.

5 /5 Kelly Knauth Brown: AAA membership is the best. If you go through the Lockport agency, they make it happen. Whether it is car insurance, car issues...they are there for you. They will also send magazines for travel- requesting quotes for their travel packages is easy and usually amazingly priced. If you pay the initial $95, you wont be sorry. I get discounts on rental cars, travel packages, and car insurance. I believe that if I remain a loyal member, things just seem to go well.
