They act like assisting with overdraft fee reversal is the equivalent of pulling teeth. I was waiting for a call back, when I didn’t answer at work, no voicemail was left. I called back and spoke to the worst woman who ended up making me cry because I didn’t know who called and she wouldn’t look into it. I called back again, was once again supposed to get a call back that never came. I finally called back a few days later only to be told if they’ve ever reversed a fee for a specific bill, they will not reverse it again. Regardless of the circumstance, regardless of how terrible their customer service is. I’ve heard several stories about how terrible their customer service is. As soon as the holidays are over I’m closing my account with them. Merry Christmas, Access. I hope you treat your other customers better than you treated me this holiday season.
