Airport Plaza Jewelers The Showroom - Cheektowaga
Catherine TheGreat: We have done business here before and it was excellent. We came back in for an anniversary ring and forgot to ask about a Veteran discount. The owner and employees were so wonderful to accommodate us and update the receipt to include the discount, where other places would’ve said no. All Veterans should come and be well taken care of!

She was very informative, professional, and helpful. Faith took the time to talk to me about the product and definitely helped with my purchase. Thanks Faith S. The manager was so pleasant to talk to as well. They really appreciate you as well as I appreciate them. I definitely recommend coming here. You wont be disappointed.

Melting Point Jewelers - Tonawanda
Ryan McNamee: The best! I went to Diane and we spoke about how I was going to surprise my fiancé-to-be. I selected a setting as well as a nice Canadian diamond and asked if she could adjust the setting so it had a slimmer sleeker profile. When I returned to pick up the ring it was perfect. Exactly what I envisioned. The surprise was a success, I am now engaged, and there is no one I can better recommend to help you out with an engagement ring than Diane. Our custom ring is one of a kind and yours should be too.
Hertel Jewelers - Williamsville
Vincent Black: Absolutely beautiful work from the friendliest guy in the industry. As someone whos never bought jewelry before, but didnt want to go to a big box store for an engagement ring, I had no idea where to go until a friend recommended James. James made me feel safe and confident in my purchase. He gave me an excellent price for a beautiful diamond and I couldnt be happier. The future wife loves it too. :)

Suzanne McKellar: My twin 8 year old grandsons bought watches at a thrift store, but the batteries were dead. I stopped in to Ross Jewelers to get batteries. The owner was so kind, changed the battery in the first watch and kindly explained why the missing "diamonds" couldnt be replaced (lol). Apparently the second watch was broken and a new battery wouldnt help. He asked my grandson to give him his wrist and he put a very nice looking watch (not new) on his wrist and left him beaming!! Then he refused payment!! He wouldnt let me pay for the battery or the watch!! This was such a generous act of kindness, I just want everyone know how he lit up the world for these little boys!!
