1 /5 Arielle Dawson: This place needs to be investigated by the feds ASAP since they are handling people’s packages. 1. Rude customer service. Did not take the time to listen to what I needed and got my Tracking number wrong. 2. Was told my package wasn’t there when it was. 3. Hung up on over the phone several times if they did not have an answer for me or frustrated by doing their job. 4. Purposely ignore phone calls instead of resolving the issue Please avoid this place at all cost. They are horrible at doing their jobs!!!

1 /5 Lisbeth Aldas: went to drop off a prepaid package and the still charged an additional fee, plus the front desk lady had me waiting because she didnt even know lock combination to the phone the scan the package, after 15 min of waiting she still didnt have access and ended up leaving my phone number so she can text me a receipt

1 /5 Peter: This place is nothing but scam, scam & scam. I got a few items to return to Amazon, they wanted to charge me a dollar per item (UPS access point) which no other place does that. Avoid this place at all cost. Full of scam artists.

1 /5 Danielle Lilley-Powell: Place is a scam. They say they’re a UPS access point but they charge you. However, they don’t tell you that they’re going to charge you until AFTER they’ve scanned in the package. We tried to go somewhere else (since the CVS a few blocks away is also a UPS Access Point and doesn’t charge you to accept a prepaid label) but once the package is scanned in the label is invalid and can’t be accepted anywhere else. Shady behavior.

1 /5 Christian Powell: They are a UPS access point. I came in with a package with the label already printed out and tapped to it. He scans the box then proceeds to tell me that it cost money. Which UPS confirmed they are not allowed to do. But since he already scanned the package I’m unable to return it anywhere else. Save your time and money and go to the cvs a few blocks away. They will take it for free like they are supposed to
