I did not know this until the following year when I tried to contact him about my renewal, He would not return my calls for a month, I finally contacted another agent and this is how I found out my property was never insured. It cost me a fortune to reinsure my property as it shows up as a lapse of insurance has happened. I did recover my money back from him eventually but still having issues with his company. PLEASE NEVER EVER use this company!!!!!!!

I felt like why the hell are they giving out my information as if thats ok . I pay my bills Im a single mother and I pay my bills weather there late or not they are paid !!!! What happened to my PRIVACY!!!!!! I am no longer friends with that person because they got nerve snooping around and inquiring about my bills!!!
