1 /5 Arvin Ghias: Very bad attitude & I hope management will talk to them. People are in the line & only one teller is working and have bad attitude problems. All I asked how long will it take. She just doesn’t care. Management should communicate with their employees. It’s very competitive market & it’s not monopoly. I know why the reviews are below 2.5.

1 /5 Janet Tondreau: Worst Bank of America. The one on Steinway is fast, efficient and compassionate when it comes to the loyal customers of BOA. Here on 36th avenue , the bank tellers are okay but the ones behind the window are very rude and outdated. The bank teller behind the window who’s really pretty with bright green eyes is the only professional and pleasant one there. This specific branch needs a new updated and trust worthy employees.

1 /5 DIMA KING: Terrible customer service! We made an appointment. I was waiting for 10 days to open Checking account, on time of my appointment they told me that I need to wait in a line for 2 hours. And I was trying to open the Checking account, one more time, to bring there my money on the regular base. They lost me forever.

1 /5 Peter: Really bad experience. I went here to get my account unlocked as I had gotten locked out of my account everywhere. We were asked to wait and after 45 mins when I asked if there was an ETA on when we could expect to be helped, the manager just told us to wait indefinitely and that "it is how it is". His tone was rude and he did not offer any solution on how to help us when I mentioned I have no access to my accounts and need help urgently. I didnt feel like he wanted to help me as the customer, and so I had to leave. I will not be going back to this branch.

1 /5 Francheska Perez: Horrible service, I went in and asked the teller if she can take 100 dollar bill that was worn out a little omg she looked at me and the money like no we don’t take unprofessional however I went to the 42nd street location in Manhattan and they were so polite and understanding they took the money checked it and deposited into my account. Please check your workers. They need more training
