They have earned a new customer for sure. I’ve already started raving about them to my jewelry lover community and my family. 5 /5 B K: I came here after I read good reviews, and they are accurate! The father/son team resized a ring for me a very reasonable price. Then we spent a lot of time discussing a few custom jewelry projects. They can get very good prices on stones, are VERY knowledgeable on design and most importantly, I trust them completely. It was immediately clear to me that they are very honest as well as kind, and I know that is not true of many places in the city. Do yourself a favor and pick this shop for your jewelry needs! We will be working on a custom blue and yellow diamond ring for me and I cannot wait to see a finished product! Update- I ended up getting one ring done with two yellow diamonds and another one with a blue green diamond. Their prices are so ridiculously reasonable. Literally half of what other jewelers charge. They did a beautiful job, and it was done very quickly, and under two weeks. Photos attached! Ill never go to another jeweler again. This is my jeweler now!

5 /5 Clark Meadows: My first time visit to NYC my girlfriend saw a ring in the window and fell in love. Benny invited us in and was awesome. Absolutely no pressure, just a lot of information about so many rings. I wanted to surprise my girlfriend to propose. Benny helped me arrange to get the the ring without her knowing so the entire experience was a complete surprise. Thank you again Benny. You made our visit a special day to remember. If you are in the market for jewelry, I highly suggest to give Benny a call. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

5 /5 Lyssa: I don’t know where to start Alex is one of the most honest jeweler I have ever met he never once Made me feel pressured to buy something he did my name necklace and my daughters my dad even bought a bracelet from him. He took his time to explain everything to us made us feel so comfortable. I am in a different state he sent us our necklaces so fast and I cried when I seen them most beautiful necklace I have ever seen it was more than I could of Imagine go see Alex and Ben you won’t be disappointed! I would never go to any other jeweler! Thank you Alex and Ben for everything!

Elena Barrueco: Terrible. Wasnt even allowed to walk through the door. Told it was wholesale only. Like ok…but there is no sign in the store front. Why have a business in a city where foreigners come to visit and you can’t even purchase anything unless you own a business. Makes absolutely no sense! What if I spent the same amount as a wholesaler? I even called to see if the next day was also wholesale and they straight up said “oh I don’t know you’re gonna have to come and find out”.

Christina Broecker: Mills is amazing. They created a custom engagement & wedding band for us. I’ve also had them repair older jewelry. Adding lost diamond chips & fixing prongs. They are reasonable & pay close attention to detail. I worked with Brian on my custom set. He was patient with my million ideas. End result is beautiful & we couldn’t be happier. We were even invited to watch the engagement ring be assembled in the store. Turn around, customer service and quality are fantastic. I recommend mills to anyone looking. Superior quality to chain jewelers. Don’t cut corners with something as important as your diamond(s).
