My husband and I used them for our engagement, wedding rings and wedding earrings and Battisti went above and beyond anything we could have expected. Both my husband and I had some particular thoughts in mind yet we were unsure of how to convey these ideas exactly at first. Both Lucio and Laura were so patient and worked closely with us to design such beautiful pieces that were beyond anything we had imagined or originally hoped for. This is custom jewelry with excellent client service and care at it’s finest. Battisti’s has been a family jeweler on my husband’s side for a while and even though we live in Phoenix now, we can honestly say we’ll never use anyone else.

5 /5 Claire Crudele: The absolute best jeweler I have ever been to. The attention to detail, a huge focus on customer service, and incredibly knowledgeable staff make it a dream. If I have any jewelry inquiries I will always and forever come here. Lucio is amazing and so is the entire staff. I had to get my engagement ring sized up and not only did the staff get so excited for me and they then also explained to me the cut and carat of diamond and also how amazing the heirloom ring is. Wedding bands and all future jewelry will be coming from Battisti’s only. The quality and craftsmanship is unmatched. You never feel pressured to spend more money or change what you want. I can’t sing enough praise.

The engagement ring was absolutely stunning and the commitment to make it as perfect as they could made me feel like my fiancé was just as important to them as she is to me. Diamond Ebanks: I wanted to leave a positive review, but unfortunately, I cant. I entered the store hoping to get my watch replaced and also to purchase a new watch for someone else. However, I wasnt greeted at all. The employee behind the register saw me standing directly in front of him, yet he did not acknowledge my presence after looking directly up at me multiple times. I waited for a few minutes, unsure if he was busy, but he still didnt say a word or even offer a simple "Ill be with you shortly." Maybe a bad day who knows but as, a result, I decided to leave and do not plan to make my purchase there. Whoever was working on June 3, 2025, around 4 or 5 PM, please take note of this message.
