1 /5 Jessica A. LaVigna: Received a call from Sam, who took down my information and the details of my situation. When I asked when I could expect a response, she informed me that I would hear back within two days.
After a week with no follow-up, I called to check in. Sam answered and, unfortunately, was dismissive and unhelpful, stating that she did not know when I would receive a response. I let it go and waited.
Three more weeks passed, and I followed up once again. Sam, again with a noticeably poor attitude, informed me that the firm would not be taking my case. When I asked whether this was due to the merits of the case or for another reason, her only response was, “I don’t know—we’re not taking your case.”
Her tone throughout the process was consistently rude and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would not consider reaching out to this firm for legal assistance in the future.
