5 /5 S S: Kate is an excellent agent!! She is extremely professional, super super efficient, very honest, and truly has her client’s interest in mind. Here is my story: I was in the middle of insurance and already approved by a carrier, but needed an agent. Geico couldn’t insure me for some reason (they outsource home insurance) so, I looked up the carrier’s agent in my locality. That guy gave me such a hard time. He wanted to intimidate me about the process, told me the quote would be very high unless I have him all my car insurance business. I somehow found Kate on the same carrier’s website and she was terrific!!! She was super responsive and got me set up in a single day. She would email and call me proactively to get answers for the quote and got me an excellent price as well. I honestly felt that she wanted to be of great service in order to earn additional business, which she did from us and more is coming, Kate! An honest person is not easy to find in this business. If you are with Kate, you are in the right hands. I will note that I’ve never met her in person and did not know her prior to my current experience. I highly recommend her!!

When I walked to my vehicle they stood outside and recorded me getting in my vehicle and harassed me for parking in their lot. I then decided not to do business with such ignoramuses. Julius M: I decided to give it a break an april asked to cancel. Instead of canceling, an refunding me the unused portion of my plan, they the insurance run its course. So while im under the impression i will get refunded for May June n July, i get a bill saying i owe for the remainder of July. Told them i cancelled in April, they told me not according to my agent. My agent never cancelled. Thank uts. As a result, when the break was over, i went with fleet risk in Savannah...i swear....this insurance agency could careless. If they did, they would have answered their phones. I will refrain from litigating this matter. Although 2 extra months cost me over 2k. Thanks, but no thanks.
