2 /5 hayve one: Im not happy with the service I recieved. I was told one thing and got less than, what I was told. Also they kept a certain amount of funds for medical and its 3 months later and they still have not gave me the rest of my funds, I feel like they are keeping it at this point. they dont respond to my contact anymore, let me know what going on with the rest of my fund they got.

4 /5 Tava E: Overall good experience. Now 5 months after my accident. Completed treatment but from my end I’m not getting much communication on where we are at in my case. A little frustrating as I’ve followed all of their advice. I’ve been told I’ll be notified when the next step is started but it’s been 3 weeks so..not sure what we are waiting for.
