Mid-Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union - Kingston Marcus Smith: I have never been treated with so much disrespect in my life. Kay and Victoria refused to transfer me to a mgr. I called to reset my password and Victoria laughed after I got frustrated with so many questions, not sure why, so when I asked to speak to a manager, I was transferred to an assistant manager who began asking me another 20 questions (literally) even after I told her that Victoria had already asked me 12 questions to verify my identity. Not even commercial Banks have this senseless process. First, they got terrible customer service, and first, they are ripping off the clients with excessive high interest. Better go to a commercial bank. Lesson learned. Don’t do business with this credit union.
