1 /5 CasEy Lyn: After asking questions beginning on 4/8 regarding a contract involving half a million dollars, that had a deadline of 4/21, on 4/23, we received this reply. We are paying clients. This is not what I would expect from counsel that I am asking questions that have gone weeks with no reply. Id love to update my review once this is taken care of. I know in my profession, which involves state licensure, I would absolutely be putting an OOO message up if I was unavailable to speak with. After 15 days of unanswered questions, my first reply would typically be "Im so sorry that I havent replied at all. Please give me a couple of days to review what you have sent and Ill get back to you" or something like that. Not that Im busy with my daughter and I dont want to hear anymore about this. Anyone think Im wrong?
