1 /5 Debra Marshall: Mary Brown was the sellers attorney in a real estate transaction I was involved with. She prepared a contract the end of August that stated that the home was a manufactured home and had her client sign it. In the beginning of October she claimed she didnt know the home was manufactured and had to obtain a DMV title for it. At the end of Oct., she stated a title was never issued for the home, when indeed there was a title for it. Because of her incompetence, the closing could not take place until the end of February costing both seller and buyer thousands of dollars. Dishonest and incompetent!
