5 /5 Sean Flaherty: I have an account with more than one local bank but when I needed a specific signature on a form they were by far the most helpful. Another national brand bank did nothing but waste my time. Not the best interest rates but worth it for the customer service.

She was always available to answer our questions, stood with us throughout the entire process and ultimately delivered the best customer service to us. Communication is key through the whole process. I would definitely recommend Ballston Spa National Bank for a new mortgage or refinance.
