1 /5 Daniel McCullough: Do yourself a favor and hire someone different to represent you during the ssdi journey. Very unprofessional. This firm failed to request or submit records on my behalf and seriously dropped the ball on my case. Do not use these people. They do not care about helping you. Office secretary gale is one of the rudest people you will ever have the displeasure of dealing with on the phone, will go as far as to lie about receiving messages / records. I will say it again. Steer clear of these people. You would probably be better off representing yourself.
