5 /5 Bridgette G: I can’t say enough good things about Burn. The workouts are different every day and they change things up just enough to keep you interested, but not too much that you can’t see progress in various exercises from doing them over and over. I played sports in high school (and really missed that team feeling) - this gym brings me back to that amazing feeling of having challenging exercises that really push you and a close-knit team who is going through everything with you and cheering you on. There are people of all ages, abilities, fitness levels, and backgrounds all working together and supporting each other.
The most special thing about Burn is the community. The trainers all knew (and remembered) my name by the first class I took with them (some literally knew and remembered my name before they even trained a camp with me). They are all so loving, caring, and genuinely want you to succeed and live your best life. The group of people who workout here are also so kind. People will cheer you on when they notice you achieving a record in camp or trying something new that you’ve never done before. People will go out of their way to support you and cheer you on. I went through a rollercoaster of milestones at the end of 2022 (from getting married to getting my car totaled in a car accident). The people and every single trainer at this gym cheered and celebrated me through my highest highs and supported me through the lowest lows, whether they realize it or not. It’s indescribable how special this place is.
