Cameron Spink: Long time valued member here, just got lied to by a member of this branch on the 13th. I went into the branch to cash a check. I talked to the member in regards to this check. SHE TOLD ME THE FUNDS WOULD BE AVAILABLE IN TWO DAYS! After I Left the bank 2 days later I received a notice that the check is going to have a five day hold. Okay so I don’t know when it became okay for you to lie straight to my face? I think it’s just this location honestly never had a problem with Empower before. I probably will have to switch banks because they lied. Now my funds are being held up for no reason. I budgeted to have that money in 2 days, I thought you valued your members? Doesn’t seem that way to me!
