He thought I couldn’t hear him when he told someone else in the office that “she doesn’t even know what city she’s in” although I gave him my city and it exists? And quoted me a number that was a 544% increase. I don’t mind if someone tells me they don’t service my area or even if they don’t know, but this was uncalled for.
