1 /5 Mike Robinson: Was a member at Jada Blitz, a gym that was unique in the area and sadly sold the spot to Catalyst. Now that the corporate greed gym is in place it’s impossible to cancel my membership- new fees pop up all of a sudden, can’t cancel in person, only some random sketchy email that might be shipped overseas. Don’t waste your money or time, it’s not the same and never will be - planet fitness clone with worse customer service somehow.

4 /5 Britt B: This gym may be getting overlooked due to the new ones, but its still a good gym. Has decent equipment, but nothing like the Elmwood, Colvin and Maple locations. It would be nice to have this one update, and no more cardio machines. The amout there is way too much.

5 /5 Aaron Powers: Staff is friendly and helpful. I work out early in the morning and have no problem using the equipment I want. They also have a very nice turf field and Olympic weightlifting section with bumper plates and sleds in addition to the more traditional machines and free weights.

5 /5 Adam Krawczyk: I came here from Crunch and WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! 98% of the people that come here are respectful, friendly, not rude in any way. The staff is usually always busy doing SOMETHING. Cleaning bottles are rarely empty and paper towels always full. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Alexa, Wyatt, Jenna and Luke are always welcoming when I come in and willing to help if I have a question. I do wish they would replace a few pieces of equipment that people hardly use with things people use more of. Theres not really a GOOD shoulder press but on the flip side they have a standing shoulder press which is pretty cool. But to use the shoulder press I like I have to go to Broadway. An upgraded curl or preacher curl station wouldnt wouldnt hurt.But these are minor things. If your membership includes it, you can go to a number of gyms which have different features, and is convenient. Im more towards Broadway when Im working so I can hit Broadway quick instead of going to Wherle and back to Depew. All in all, its the way a gym should be. Im happy.

Spencer: Easily one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. Super clean and has every piece of equipment that you could ask for. The selection of free weights and machines is amazing. I only stopped in while I was in town for a wedding, but I’ll be coming back here any time I’m in the Buffalo area. Highly recommend to anyone looking to join a gym. It’s got a great old school vibe and the price is unbeatable.

Zyania Zavala: Absolutely not worth it. Paid extra for a month to month. No flexibility with payments to cancel. No answer from customer service to cancel. Ive been trying to cancel for 1 week over the phone. Mailbox is full. Nothing says Im charging you for the brand but not the quality is a "mailbox is full" message.

Mak C: I was intimidated by the gym for years. Commercialized gyms are always over crowded and its easy to feel overwhelmed. I have been training with Heather twice a week for 4-5 months now and she has taught me everything I know about the gym world. We discuss nutrition as well and thats when I started to see a big difference in my body and muscle growth. Its a group training but Heather has energy and tends to multiple clients at once. The graffiti is awesome, the gym is never over crowded, and its overall a comfortable environment. Youve changed my life; thank you Heather!

J M: Stop leaving your workout ropes across the side walk on main st. Youve tripped multiple elderly people. Im a workout guru my self but being lazy and leaving your equipment on main st for people to get hurt is bad buisness!

Dylan Anderson: Austin the kid at the front desk was extremely rude and standoffish when i asked him to get off his phone so that i could use the massage chair. After his display of attitude i walked into the room and the chair was not activated. Upon returning and asking him to activate the chair he told me “Members only get one chair use per visit.” and refused to honor my request. I told him that was bullshit and has never been a problem before. He then said “Well then you can leave my gym.” I have been a longtime customer of planet fitness and have never experienced a problem with this facility until today. Due to the way your employees treat your “valued customers” I will be taking my business elsewhere.
