William Bey: Went to office two weeks ago for insurance quotes Met with Paul Wolf he said he would get back to me later that day or the next day I haven’t heard anything from him yet I called three times he’s with a client or he’s out of the office when I asked when will he be back the girl on the phone said I don’t know you would think when the owner leaves the office he would tell his receptionist when he should be back I left my number there or four times and never a call back don’t waste your time with this insurance agent

His honesty is what I can appreciate especially these days! If he cant get you the cheapest rate possible without compromising your coverage, he will tell you the truth, that you might be better off going somewhere else for a better rate. Trish has such a great down to earth personality. Everyone I have ever dealt with at Alliance has been nothing but helpful. Neema Olomi: This "Father and Son" show is comical. The house where they do business -- if you call it a house -- looks like it could double as a house of ill repute -- it is about 300 square feet in size and was built in the 1800s and has a pungent mildew smell....there was actually a mouse running around when I entered. They must be doing well financially if this is the best they can do. The father is about five foot eight and looks like he hasnt seen a treadmill in his lifetime. The son obviously joined the business because he had no other options....Throughout the initial appt, the Papa was badmouthing his son....what an experience.

Jesse Patnode: My girlfriend put 800 down for a yearand has paid every month she thought her last payment was due on the 28th and it was due on the 18th we didnt get a phone call or anything not only that. But they are trying to tell her she never paid which they never gave a receipt each time she paid and is now saying she is canceled so there is over 1,000$ down the drain pathetic I must say so myself. We necer had this problem with the other company!

No One: I utilized their link for the Safe Driving Test.Spent $90 at the guidance of their insurance company,and never received my certificate until a year later.When I received my certificate it was not the 5hr safety course and I was told by several employees that it’s not their problem.I was carelessly instructed to take an entire course for which I do not need.Not at all helpful,Rude,Slow and useless.
