I went in as an account holder with $3,500 cash to exchange for larger bills so they arent so bulky. They would not exchange it. Then gave a BS excuse that the Patriot Act prevents them from doing so. Thats a lie! It was under $10k. Horrible service!!! I would NEVER put my money in here!!!

Natasha Wedd: This is the worst bank. Nothing works and I’m constantly on hold trying to figure out why. My Apple Pay has never worked, my Zelle stopped working, they keep blocking transfers for no reason. And it takes like 30 mins to get on the line with someone. Finally leaving the bank.
