Nicole Roventini: She was hired to help with child support issues. We were charged over $100 to do a 15 minute consultation. We waited forever for her to get started on the case. We ended up taking matters into our own hands and did it ourselves. We called her to let her know we no longer needed her services. She then charged $250 because that day coincidentally she finally reviewed the papers we set 2 weeks ago and made one phone call...after we sorted it all out ourselves. $350 for nothing.
