2 /5 Rosie Martinez: I’ve never even met or heard from them. I had an agent in Mount Vernon who picked up and left with no notification. Then I’m assigned someone who’s not even in my area. So how do I know if I am receiving the best rates? I am about to purchase a new vehicle in two months. Who do I call? All State needs to work this out.

I remember when I first came in that office and I was directed to Chris, he made me feel so welcome and at ease. It was never a time that I called or stop by to pay my bill that he wouldnt help me , of cause I would always ask for him lol and still do! Chris Im so proud of your accomplishments this far and keep moving forward. You are the most caring and considerate person I know when it comes to your job. She offered to call me when my renewal payment was processed and sure enough, I received a call from her letting me know everything was fine! Great customer service is really appreciated!
