1 /5 Jason Goot: Mr. Kendall represented me in a real estate transaction for a property I sold. While his office is pleasant and professional, Mr. Kendall is certainly not. We had two minor issues after the sale that required attention and Mr. Kendall was extremely slow to respond to our inquiries or to take action on the issues. After nearly two months of waiting, I drove the three hours to his office (I do not live in the area anymore) to deal with him face to face. Even though I had paid him $750 to represent me (he was timely in cashing that check, of course) he didnt not even invite me to sit down in his office to address my concerns. Instead, he stood in his waiting area and defensively tried to usher me out of his office. I cought him in several lies while he tried to answer my questions. Mr. lKendall is unprofessional in my opinion and I also found him to be less than competent at his profession. I dont think a lawyer should lie to their own clients or fail to return their calls. I do not recommend seeking legal counsel from Mr. Kendall.
