2 /5 Kya Wood: Its nearly impossible to get a hold of them via phone. Im diagnosed level 2 autistic. I need to add my care manager as an authorized representative. I finally was able to get through their AI assistant to leave a message, and Im praying they get back to me, because they keepessing up my Medicaid. Im supposed to either have a disability waiver or a buy in, and they approved a spend down. Its honestly getting ridiculous, and I cant even get a hold of anyone to add my care manager so she can help. They desperately need someone to answer their phones.

1 /5 Liberty Bourque: Genuinely the worst place to go if you’re looking for housing assistance. Rude on the phone and literally said they dont and won’t help people who have a pet. My circumstances are out of my control and I went to the only place, literally social services, just to be told because of my circumstances they’re not going to help me. I’m not even 21 I just wanted help

3 /5 Christopher: Honestly some of the staff was alright,but if your homeless DONT go to them..they will throw you into a roach and bedbug infested dump thats filled with possibly pedophiles and other illegal garbage..other than that they are alright,but they need to focus more on what people REALLY need. I have 24 years of clean time and Im VERY disappointed about where people are sent and I get SSDI because I WORKED and PAID my taxes!

2 /5 Lisa Ouellette: I moved here from Vermont 3 months ago and have reached out numerous times for help and I honestly feel bad for people that are worse off than me to try to get through to speak to someone for assistance. They expect you to go online, fill out paperwork then mail it in. It took 3 weeks for my application to go from West Chazy to Plattsburgh. You try calling to check the status and nada… only to get a letter in the mail a week later saying I need to submit more documents. I wasn’t liking Vermont but this is not an issue there.
