Chenango Town Justice - Binghamton Syed munam ahmed: I was driving from Rochester to New York to pick up my sister in law, (third degree patient) and my neice. I got a ticket because I couldnt notice the speed limit falling from 65 to 55 while passing through this city. I still plea guilty by mail because i wasnt able to drive 2.5 hours there. Then they fine me "270$" and additionally put 6 points on my clean record. I recommend the drivers to care full of these thugs,
I hope the judge "micheal A fedish" and officer "trott" and their family have a taste of third-degree burn, so they might realize people have lives to live and loves ones to take care of.
