So I called Grandjean Wagner in Syracuse and they were a lot more pilot and present the lady for grandjean I was on the phone with was telling somebody something on the phone because they were so busy and they were still more pilot and helpful then this company in the suchhhhh BUSY town of Cortland… anyways Grandjean gave me appointment for next Wednesday and were very helpful on the phone with everything I need to do before and bring…. This company like many companies in Cortland they are not organized and when they get a little busy I’ve noticed since I came down here they start acting like the world is going to end..

Candy Corn: I called this office because I wanted to change my federal income tax withholding, and I wanted help with the W-4 form. I made this very clear when I scheduled the appointment. I showed up to the appointment with all my documents and was told by Amy well nothing is standing out as looking off and she wanted to file my taxes first and then we could change my tax withholding. She didn’t file my taxes at that appointment she said she would call me when they were completed. Over a week later I receive a call that my taxes were completed and to come pay the invoice. I inquired about the W-4 form and was given the run around by the receptionist. I showed up to pay the invoice and explained the W-4 form was the purpose of the appointment. She explained Amy was busy with a client and couldn’t talk to me right now. I have called this office multiple times and I always get the run around, “Amy is busy filling taxes.” It has been over a month since I have last called the office, and I have not received a call back. I could have dropped my taxes off at H & R block, I went here because I needed help changing my tax withholding. It very sad that people continue to run dishonest businesses.
