Katherine Fumai: I was pressured to purchase a pair of baptismal shoes even though I told the sales assoc I had a pair at home. I went home and realized I liked the pair I already had better. I went back to this store within the 7 day return window and was denied the return. —-Meanwhile the sales assoc mistakenly added an extra bonnet in my bag and I returned it to the store so that they could sell it with the baptismal suit it was supposed to be with. I’m glad I’m an honest customer. Too bad they weren’t an honest seller. Would never return or recommend them…. BTW the shoes were $32 in this store but $18.99 on Amazon.

Savannah Urena: Be wary, I went to purchase a bag at this store and the model I wanted the employee Daisy was not able to locate a tag on. She had her coworker go check the back to see if they had any with a tag and she couldn’t find any. So I offered to pick a different bag if they couldn’t find the tag and she insisted she would take care of it. All of a sudden she says she found the tag and its buried inside so her coworker will just read her the code and she’d type it in, with a very weird grin on her face. So we pay and she puts it in a shopping bag and passes it to me as the store was getting ready to close. After getting home I dug around the bag (its a small model) and could not locate a tag anywhere at all. I looked up the model only to find that it was missing a key thats meant to be attached and used to unlock the padlock on the bag. I was able to return the bag for a refund with another employee, but please pay attention to what you are purchasing as this specific employee was untrustworthy.

nadia khan: Horrible experience. I would give 0 stars if I could. I went to the store and picked up a few earrings and stood in line. The cashier asked us to enter our phone number on the pinpad and we asked to bypass this step to avoid touching anything as we are in a pandemic at the moment. She got to be rude and started muttering things under her breath. I decided to brush it off. I noticed an earring didn’t have a back piece to it and asked her for extra. She said we don’t have and started to pack the earrings abruptly. (She lied). My sister went to the rack to obtain a back piece for the earrings and the cashier pulled a box out under the register with a whole bunch of earring backs. We told her it didn’t match the other and wouldn’t fit the earring so we took one from the rack. I asked her why is she being so rude and if she had an issue - she had no response. She left the register in the middle of the transaction without saying anything, walked to the jewelry rack and looked for the earring we took the back from, and threw it on the counter. That was my last straw! So rude and disrespectful! She needs training in customer service. We told her we did not want to purchase from a store whose employees treats us like this for no reason and we left. No one apologized for her behavior, nor did anyone stop us to ask if we want to be helped by another employee. I looked back and the two employees were laughing with each other. There are many people who would love to have a job and would treat customers with respect. The manager should really learn to hire people with great people skills, not just based off of their looks.
